  1. Aye, shouldn't be playing the way he has been performing anyway. I'd rather give Abeid a chance tbh.
  2. No but they're attacking, meanwhile our lot are getting passed around.
  3. We're down if Hull keep this up, 2 goals took off them.
  4. Riviere already with a shit finish, Perez would have had that on target
  5. Perez has been one of the few doing owt most games recently ffs and has won us our only point in yonks, brilliant decision by the man who would be King.
  6. Aye clear as day they're completely rattled. They can get to fuck until he actually does the stuff he says, even then as we all said in another thread he can still fuck off as there's too much shite under the bridge now.
  7. It's sickening tbh, I know it's not going to matter but I wont be watching that world cup when it inevitably happens. The European FA's should have pulled out by now, it's disgusting that they're basically just falling into line and I agree with Rayvin that this makes them as complicit as Blatter and the other horrible cunts in charge.
  8. Aye Koeman should have won it imo. They were a lot of peoples pick to go down during the summer and he had them as high as 2nd for a canny while tbh. He's done an amazing job. I agree with the posts about Monk too btw, just think Koeman deserved it a little more. They both deserved it over Mourinho mind, Chelsea were favorites all season and Man City didn't push them very hard.
  9. To be fair he'd probably make a better go of it than Carver. The bit about breaking the hodoo is class, ran round the stadium 11 times the sum of 2 and 9 referring to the 29 games without a win, could he just not be arsed to run around it 29 times then? Fucking rascal.
  10. This, what he has done can never be called "saving us from relegation" we'll just be lucky if those below were too fargone to catch us. We'll stay up by a margin of 1 or 2 points, I think a team without a manager could have managed at least the record he has managed to get in basically half a season of football. He has been a total disaster.
  11. He's a better coach than Pardew, slightly less of a bellend too (dodgy dutch accent aside). I far prefer him over Pardew but it's not an overly ambitious appointment.
  12. Depressingly expected. Hopefully whoever comes in next will put ol' Willo out to pasture and send 'friendly' John to the glue factory.
  13. We done that with Debuchy didn't we? Let his contract run down a bit more after unsettling him and signed him. So it's basically nailed on that it's McLaren, better than the lingering fear that for some odd reason Carver was kept on. I'd probably rather give Clement a shot.
  14. It worked though, I'm not saying it wasn't a desperate move but at least they acted in a time of need rather than sit on their hands like Ashley, Charnley and co have.
  15. Shows what some investment when it's clearly needed can do, Advocaat and Defoe have kept them up really (along with Pantmillions brick wall performances), I know Defoe was a lot of money but it's been say 9m or so between the two of them and it has kept them on the Premier League gravy train for another year. Meanwhile our cunts appointed the next ball bag in the line then sold half our (should have been) first choice defence and are paying for it.
  16. Did he write much in the lead up to any of the other protests? I know Douglas did but I can't remember Ryder saying too much, he's trying to stay as close to the club as possible and half his articles read like the club approved them before he sent them to his editor.
  17. QPR (a) West Brom (h) Leicester (a) Swansea (h) Spurs (h) Liverpool (a) Mackems (a) Arsenal (h) Everton (a) Man Utd (h) I know it's stating the obvious here but one fucking win out of that lot and we'd be safe now ONE SINGLE FUCKING WIN! Even if we'd managed 2 more draws out of the 1 we got we'd be safe right now, absolutely fucking incredible how this bloke still has the gall to come out and praise himself and say he still has a shot at being kept in the role. I fully understand he's not going to come out and slate himself but how about just shutting the fuck up? I just can't get over it looking at that run of fixtures, not a single fucking win, 1 single draw and 9 losses.
  18. So 10 coaches? Obviously not including some junior coaching staff but that's fucking ridiculous to be running a Premier League academy, I'm sure many Championship sides have more than that. Also this is what we should have been aiming for from when Ashley took over: http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2014/nov/05/southampton-reaping-rewards-philosophy-new-training-ground If we had built something towards that sort of level he would have been adopting the Spurs/Arsenal model he seemed to want early on. I just get the feeling he has completely given up and wants to do as little as possible with as few staff as possible. Imagine if we had the success their academy has had, there's no chance Ashley would be investing a further 30m in it he's probably be trimming off some of the staff he saw as excess.
