Nah not at all, just calling a bloke a nob that takes the piss out of NUFC. How’s that any different to when people call Simon Jordon, Agbonlahor, Dyer, etc for comments? I’m not arsed in the slightest that he likes Liverpool, or why he likes them, to me he’s just another ex-footballer taking the piss out of Newcastle so fuck him. I’m not bothered about his time at NUFC, he was a decent albeit uneventful player here for a short time during one of the worst times to follow the club. My post showing the litany of posts he made about the match wasn’t because I’m bothered who he supports, it was me showing he clearly was taking the piss out of us. To me he’s the same as the ex players I mentioned that have spent the years since leaving us being bellends, so I’ve pointed to him being a twat again yesterday to a post from Alex where he was mentioning him doing it before. I find you lot to have ‘went off the deep end’ more by defending him to such an extent where it’s basically gate keeping who people can call a twat. Noted that whenever anyone in future takes the piss out of NUFC that you and Renton won’t be arsed in the slightest and will in fact be upset if anyone thinks that person is a bellend. Anyway this is the last post I’ll make on the bell whiff, personally I’ve no time for ex players like him who take the piss out of the club but to each their own.

I called him a tosser the same as I, and many, do when we see people taking the piss out our club. People made up some story about how he was actually having a laugh at his own expense, I corrected them, and now you’re basically explaining why anyone shouldn’t ever be bothered about football rivalries. Weird argument to me but fair one, I still think Enrique is a bellend, same as I think Carragher, Neville, Bellamy, Dyer, etc are.

Why take issue with anyone poking fun at NUFC, or saying things about us if that’s the argument then? When a commentator puts down NUFC and bigs up Liverpool, why is anyone arsed? Sorry like the blokes a wanker, we have our keeper sent off and he will miss a final and the blokes posting stuff laughing about it - call it sensitive but that’s football no? If you make the argument you’re making why be arsed about anything to do with footy I’m sick of all these ex players of ours who have been wankers for years and then when it suits them they’ll cash in that ex player card, for example he’s going to the final. Call it sensitive sure but actual fans can’t get to the match while people like him have a seat, and as I say if we’re not bothered about how he’s acting why take issue with anything to do with football?

Looking at the rules below it’s not as cut and dry as some are making it seem. The argument would hinge on was it denial of a goal scoring opportunity it seems like, and given Salah was quite a way out still, there was a defender closer to goal and another right next to him, I don’t think it would be a frivolous appeal. We were involved in an incident at one point where the ref didn’t give a red as there was a defender further back but absolutely miles away (to the point he’d not have interfered with play) albeit I can’t remember the exact game but I do think the fact they were a long way out and the position of our defenders helps.

We should absolutely appeal tbh. The absolute fewmmmm if it got overturned or it delayed the ban long enough for him to play.

It’s standard from the media really, the result was more driven by a period of madness from us than any good play overall by them. They were clinical but I don’t think outside that first 20 minutes they looked very good themselves, that’s where having quality attacking players wins you points I suppose but they’re still far from breaking the top 4 themselves tbh.

Result was harsh in the end but we yet again didn’t put our chances away, we’re sorely lacking in quality in attacking positions which is frustrating. Schar had a total fucking nightmare today, hopefully he puts it behind him. Hopefully whatever this funk we’ve been in fucking breaks and the players get back to playing the aggressive style that got us here as we’ve been sitting off people for fucking weeks now, the hesitation cost us again today at times.

Aye we just completely lost the plot on those quick counters and Liverpool capitalized on all of them. Shame really as outside of that it’s the best we’ve played in a while.

What a nightmare this is. Typical of us to implode against this lot on the Eve of a final. Pope and Bruno have both let us down with their cards, both moments of complete stupidity, real shame. Probably cost us a real chance in the final as Karius doesn’t fill me with confidence, hopefully we can start to wake up and perform again after the final.

Bold decision, hopefully it works out but I’m not convinced at taking this long to start playing Gordon when we are lacking so much quality.
