I've seen all of the Walking Dead (including the spin off Fear the walking dead... don't bother) so far and tbh it's painfully slow and it's clear they're dragging it out like fuck. In the recent season they spent multiple episodes simply going over what each of the characters were doing at the same time, some of them were absolutely pointless and the others could have definitely been shortened and put together into 1 or 2 episodes max. There's a good show in there but it's so strung out between long periods where nothing happens that it's frustrating to watch, I'm at the point where I feel like I've invested so much time into the show I want to watch it through to the end but I must admit I'm getting close to just not bothering.

Aye Nolan was surprising for sure, we had a few around that time that were better then I thought they would be. Lovenkrands done canny and become a really likable member of the team and Best was surprising because he was actually better in the Prem for us than he was in the Championship, neither were the most surprising transfer we've ever had obviously. Gloom's shout about Perch is right as well, he was a complete joke at first but he actually became a player I was pretty sad to see leave. I will say that Best being there is probably mainly because he was around at the most exciting time we've had under Ashley, I always think of his hat-trick against West Ham whenever his name is brought up.

Haven't seen it yet as my dad wanted to see it with me when I'm back for xmas. I've already had it spoiled for me from Facebook, I was looking through the comments of some football story and some bloke just posted a comment that was just every major point that happened in the film Some people are right sad cunts like, I wasn't arsed as I've never been that bothered about Star Wars but he has no doubt ruined some peoples enjoyment of it a bit.

Aye, not to mention that it was a Quarter final so even if we did get past Benfica we would still have had to play Fenerbache then Chelsea. It's when you hear shite like this from him that you realize why he can't sustain any level of success, it must fuck the players off massively that when they succeed it's all him but when things go bad it's squarely down to them.

Apparently Blatter was sure that he had convinced the committee the £1.3m payment made to Platini from FIFA was legitimate, why would that ever be legitimate? It's an utterly bizarre organization. Really hope this is the end for this utter cockroach. The president of Sierra Leone's FA has jumped to his defence, if I was Blatter I'd tell my mates like him to be quiet as it honestly just makes Blatter look worse. I hope they learn from this and put some sort of maximum term rule in place as having the same bloke in charge of something like this since 1998 was only ever going to mean a fair amount of corruption, I'm sure they wont learn a fucking thing mind.

Aye he can get to fuck. Thrilled we don't have to hear his utter shite patter every week now. When did he try to play attacking football? even with a team brimming with confidence and capable of going on to cuff teams he regularly put the brakes on and sent them out to defend a 1-0 lead after halftime during the season we came 5th. It's also telling that he thought 9th place was over-performing. Those quotes scream of someone that is thrilled to bits at being the big fish in the little pond. He must be looking into ways to lengthen Yohan Cabaye's career because without him he would have never managed us to 5th or got Palace to where they are atm. Much like Fat Sam we're the biggest job he'll have so he wont ever stop talking about NUFC and of course it's easy to just blame the fans as that way there's no real comeback.

I do think there have been signs mind, we've played canny football over the last few week and the team definitely put in a lot more effort than we've seen. The Villa draw was disappointing but none of us predicted 7 points from those 3 games so it's looking a bit better than it did. I still think we're going to struggle until we get some proper CM's in the side as McClaren's system demands a lot from them and we have 2 who can only put in a shift defensively but offer little to nothing on attack.

I switched it off when Madrid scored their 7th, there wasn't even a cheer.

The Man Utd stuff is brilliant btw. After being told repeatedly when Fat Sam was here that we should just accept the utter dross football as long as we were in and around mid-table they're now all moaning their tits off about the dross LVG is serving up even though they're level on points with 4th place. Bunch of spoiled glory hunting babies, I'm sure they'll hire that utter bellend Mourinho and he'll have them challenging for a few years before he falls out with everyone but it's been enjoyable to watch their lot whinge since Ferguson retired.

Aye Thauvin put in a few good crosses after he came on, would be nice to see more of him. Dummett was having a rough time against Hutton in the first half and it was only going to get worse as the game went on, he should have been subbed off for Mbabu even just for the fresh legs.
