  1. The mortal bloke going on about how Lescott should drive the Australian home was brilliant.
  2. How many of the Leicester keepers has esssemmbee seen kick the ball? Schmeichal is the only one I've seen but it's nice of Krul to help coach him, especially as Tim is injured.
  3. Quality bit of play by Spurs, Eriksen with a tidy finish 2-1 Spurs. I really hope them twats don't win the league, imagine Danny B now man.
  4. Good finish by Iheanacho (I absolutely googled that), the lad has scored a canny few off the bench this season mind.
  5. Aye, I never saw the interview so no idea what prompted his shit eating grin/laugh. I don't understand how he could be anything other than furious in the immediate aftermath, unless he's not that bothered? I'd happily forgive him if this was a blip but the fact is we've been rank most of the season so he can't write this one off and smile about it. I'm at the point where I can't see what keeping him does, he hasn't had any impact on the players in two thirds of a season other than them being capable of passing the ball about a bit once every 4 games or so. The argument some make of who would we get is of course warranted as Ashley's track record is complete shit tbh, that's down to Ashley though and if he was motivated to go out and get a capable manager like David Moyes I'm sure he would come.
  6. Aye I don't even know how that one was given tbh, even after multiple angles and replays it still looks like his back/armpit and even if it was his arm it wasn't in an unnatural position at all, so I don't know how with one look he was confident it was Sterlings arm as it looked like a totally innocuous block using his back first time to me.
  7. Pretty rough penalty given against Sterling there mind, Spurs 1-0 up.
  8. Cracking finish by Can there. Villa are as bad at home as our lot are away.
  9. The fact he has to come onto a forum for one of the worst teams in the Premier League to give it the big'un shows how shit Celtic are. Fwiw I'm not arsed about Forster, he's turned into a canny keeper but he's still a puncher and makes some real glaring errors on top of that as PL said it's not like we have any control over who the club sells and buys. You can revel in some of your ex players playing pretty well at Southampton, how thrilling.
  10. Fuck sake. The moron commentator there with absolutely no hint of what a thick cunt he sounds goes "You want your fairytale? There it is... what a moment for Welbeck after the injuries... what a moment". I really fucking hope Leicester win the league man, the utter glee in the mans voice as Arsenal won the game will make it all the sweeter when the pricks have to pretend they were backing Leicester all along.
  11. Aye spot on. I think the players were in a right mess after a few year of Pardew + Carvers coaching, a time when 4-0 battering become just another loss and they regularly just capitulated and took all the blame from the king himself so learnt to just not give a fuck. I think that is a dangerous attitude to have as a group and it is pretty well ingrained into them as a good amount of them have been here for 3 years or so. I think if a manager had come in who had a good charisma around him and got the players excited etc it may have boosted them out of that funk but I've little to no doubt a good amount of them had no fucking clue who McClaren was when he come in and the bloke has all the charisma of a block of wood. "Oh look lads the new bloke coming in just got sacked from a Championship team after turning us down twice, can't wait to work with him".
  12. The fact is he's a total fucking idiot. That bit where he won the ball off Willian (iirc) at around the halfway line, he then backed off the ball and pointed to the ball and to Shelvey before Costa ran over and took it which led to him rugby tackling Costa. Utter fucking dweeb tbh, you could have put half this forum in the defense against WBA they couldn't hit the target.
  13. I imagine Charnley is currently hiding under his desk drenched in sweat. If there is a decisive decision to be made we can all be confident that the man will completely shirk his responsibility. I would have been on the phone to Moyes' agent after the second goal offering him till the end of the season and a big bonus if he keeps us up, if he agreed I'd have sacked McClaren as soon as the game finished. The man is clearly an assistant manager.
  14. We are fucking hopeless away from home, this is why people getting all positive after the WBA result was pointless. We can basically halve the games that we have any shot at picking up points in because we are so pathetic away. Stoke will burst us away from home. I still just think we are going down, we make scoring look extremely hard, pick up no points away and often draw in matches we control because of our lack of threat. The subs were bizzare but I wasn't that bothered as we had lost the game after 10 minutes, however they were a worrying sign for future games.
  15. The lot of them are fucking hopeless away from home tbf, think we have the lowest amount of goals scored away from home in the whole of the English League system. If we do go down this year we fully deserve it tbh, we have been absolutely rank this year.
  16. Honestly don't like Taylor, why is his first reaction to shift responsibility as soon as he thinks he has won it. Fucking moron.
  17. Oh aye and the players heads visibly dropped after that, this is going to be brutal today.
  18. Colocinni's complete lack of fucking pace is pathetic btw, exactly why he shouldn't be our starting CB anymore.
  19. This will be six losses in a row away, can't be far off a Pardew record with that sort of wank form surely?
  20. This ref doesn't like Tiote mind, that one on Willian was a bit dodgy but he has pulled Tiote up for two before that which weren't really free kicks.
  21. The fact they didn't bother investing in a left back in the summer or January has cost us yet another goal.
