They've conceded 7 goals since Boxing day though and I think we saw a fair bit more positive play away from home than we have pretty much all season. Mind I also don't get how you're happy to call Mitrovic shit but stick up for an utter useless bastard like Anita.
-
I don't think it is at all, especially 2nd half. They got a scrappy goal because of some stupid individual errors.
-
Thought we've done well today, we were the better side tbh. Sadly didn't get anything but I saw the improvement that I wanted to see from just 3 days of training.
-
Here's your man CT
-
Should have been a pen there, Morgan moved his elbow out there.
-
Fuck off Ulloa
-
Aye kept the ball better since Anita went off.
-
Rafa noticing in 55 minutes what the last two have failed to notice, Anita is fucking tragic.
-
He looks like a middle school kid every time he passes, telegraphs where the pass is going every time.
-

Aye, there is some signs of improvement in relation to tactics and keeping it compressed but these insanely daft individual errors keep happening. Winny played a ridiculous ball back to Eliott across our box, Janmaat fucking chipped it back towards our goal etc.
-
I don't think Colback is doing a nightmarish job against Mahrez, even so at least he's out of position Anita is having his usual nightmare in his preferred position. Agree that Janmaat has been utter crap as well. That Lascelles kid is a total dogshit too.
-
I wonder how fit Townsend is, if he's ready I'd bring him on for Anita and move Sissoko to the middle.
-
Anita moving forward, Janmaat in his line of sight, comes to a player and immediately turns and passes back to Taylor. Utter utter shit player.
-
Aye the bloke is fucking tough to watch, if there is a wrong option to pick he will pick it.
-
Anita failing to pass in the opposition half yet again, even when under no pressure with 3 options.
-
I don't see how people are being harsh on Anita, what does he do well? He's a central midfielder with no physical presence and no real technical ability besides being rank average to make up for his lack of size, he's not got a good range of passing, he's not particularly good in the tackle. He's a poor player, same as Colback and if we stay up I'd like to see the back of one or both of them.
-
Aye pretty much, just want to see Leicester have to actually work for their goals rather than watch a bloke pick up the ball completely free at the edge of our box with two of our lot pointing at him.
-
Think he's just happy a Premier League club decided to buy him for some reason, French version of Alan Smith tbh.
-
Aye we all knew it was going to be shit, just hoping there is a bit more organization evident.
-
Not like him to be completely full of shit.

Steve McClaren sacked as Newcastle United 'Head Coach' (Manager)
Howay replied to Tooj's topic in Newcastle Forum
We would have been 2-4 points better off from those two games imo. The bloke is all positioning and putting the team through drills so 18 days of that and we would have seen a much improved side. I fear it's too late now. There's a quote kicking around today where he says they've had Mitro doing finishing training, it wouldn't shock me if this is the first time he's done that sort of training since he got here. -
Aye, quality player but a bloke that preferred to stop in and eat wine gums after winning a trophy than celebrate so why they think he will be anything but a bit dull on TV is anyone's guess. I think they were probably hoping they would get another Neville type but Neville has a bit more personality about him than Scholes.
-
Wouldn't surprise me if he did, his delivery is good for a full back. Aye can't blame the bloke for not trusting in Sissoko, I admit to having a pop at Janmaat if he's caught way out of position but Sissoko never gives him a chance a lot of the time as he should naturally cover when Janmaat goes past him on the overlap but he simply doesn't.
-
I don't rate Janmaat too highly as a defender but gpirlo is right essembee, even top defenders often need help from the bloke in front of them and Sissoko rarely bothers his arse. I also don't see Janmaat as one of our problems really, while he's suspect defensively at times we have no left back whatsoever and our defence in general is poorly set up/drilled. I think if Janmaat is properly coached he will be a lot better defensively as most of his problem tends to be positioning, he tackles well, is very fit, and works hard.
