Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team
Howay replied to Kid Dynamite's topic in Newcastle Forum
Aye I agree to a point. He peddled Ashley's bullshit and helped try to cover for him, I'm sure at times he wasn't fully aware of what Ashley was planning and ended up being made a mug (Carroll transfer) but other times he did have an idea imo. We played some utter shite football under him, we had one good season and a load where we had to endure horrifically bad and embarrassing runs of form with a decent run at some point. Under Pardew 4-0 losses began to feel like 2-0 losses, we also got used to losing for long periods and generally watching some turgid stuff. Ashley of course is the root of all of this but I think Pardew provided a very fitting face for Ashley's regime in Ashley's reclusiveness and he often was more than happy to play the mouth piece, even thanking him with bizzare regularity. It was his desire to lick Ashley's arse and bring up how mint he was even at some of the clubs lowest points during his tenure was ridiculous, even for a bloke Ashley was wearing as a glove. Completely agree that the bloke is a fucking cunt.- 10610 replies

Newcastle utter dog shit, cock smoking wankers v Crystal Palace
Howay replied to wykikitoon's topic in Newcastle Forum
Is Pardew any good as a motivator anyway? He never seemed able to get our players up for important games (like the derbies) unless it was against a side the players fancied playing for one day. I can't see anything Allardyce coming out with having any effect whatsoever anyway. -
Bunch of huckles. They're on equal footing with Ryder intelligence wise if they're coming out with patter like that.

It's canny depressing that we can either be relegated by Pardew's Crystal Palace, Aston Villa, or the mackems. Literally the only option that doesn't give a massive set of cunts the pleasure is if it went down to the last day and Spurs sent us down with Norwich staying up, at least then it would just be a bunch of cunts rather than a bunch of massive cunts. Fanks Mike -
Nah can I fuck. I also don't see us getting 9. These 3 teams have won 7 games or so each this season so can't see them getting 2 or 3 wins.
-
We'll burst them 3-0 from a Mitro hat-trick and he'll do his fanny licker celebration.
-
Aye they're fucking shite, they aren't just going to go and win 3 games. If we win two we'll be in with a really good shot at staying up, we're also shite mind but at least we look a bit more capable under Rafa. The mackems will scrap a load of draws but I can't see them winning many of their remaining games.

Aye didn't quite fit their narrative. The bloke is good at getting teams scoring, which is evident this season as they've outscored 4 teams above them (including 5th placed Man Utd), he just has no fucking clue how to organize a defence (conceded more than 4 teams below them and every team above them).

 I think it's the Bellamy v Feyenoord one for me, it was the culmination of that fight back up the group.

He does have a tendency to buy flair players, this Elneny bloke is a bit of a departure mind so maybe he sees the need for a bit more steel. I get the comparison you're making I think I just quite like the idea of having a pop at Arsenal fans . I do genuinely think they're being harsh on Wenger though, I understand they may be a bit bored of coming 3rd/4th but it's a real achievement from Wenger to manage that and they get a hell of a lot more to cheer about than the majority of football supporters. -

Fair enough if you feel that way about them but I'm happy enough to judge having had a number of Arsenal fans (as well as fans of plenty of clubs) give me shit about Robson getting 'hounded out'. The fact is it takes a good amount of effort to come 3rd/4th (as the drop off of Chelsea and Man Utd have shown) it's not all that similar to our lot doing the bare minimum to simply stay in the league imo, they've had to buy players like Ozil, Sanchez etc whereas our lot have tried to avoid buying unless they had too in recent years. Every fan in the country can have a moan about Leicester if they win the league to be fair, and Spurs have had to suffer years of what Arsenal fans seem to be moaning about except a few places lower in the league before having a shot at what Arsenal do most seasons (mount a challenge). Like I say if you're willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that's fair enough but personally I think they're just being a bit pathetic. Look at the grief we got for wanting rid of Pardew after watching a few years of utter shite football and listening to his drivel, Arsenal fans seem to be skating by without much bother from the media. -

He has bought good players, they just are unlucky with injuries at times. They've also won the FA cup the last two seasons, so basically their objections are they're not quite good enough to win the league (and haven't been for a while) and they're not good enough to win the CL (but do decent in it most years until they come up against Barca). Sorry like I've got no time for them moaning about him, they also play decent to watch football most of the time. -

I can't fucking stand Arsenal fans, holding up 'Wenger out' signs ffs. It must be so fucking hard coming top 4 every year, they're probably going to finish 3rd this year what a bunch of whiney cunts they are man. Genuinely hope they fall to pieces when he eventually leaves, saying that they'd probably just go and pretend they're Spurs fans. -
Aye I always thought he was overrated to fuck, the pundits always had a love in when he was getting on a run that got Wigan out of the relegation spots (until of course they went down finally) but all ignored the fact he was in charge for the entire season that saw them put in that position of needing a run to survive.

Fully agree, I said a few days back he's not a good technical player he's simply a really good athlete. When he's up for it he can just bowl opposition players over, as evidenced by his run through the middle before his really tame shot (which I think was just him making sure he got the shot on target), but when he's not he's not technical enough that it can make up for a low amount of effort. He's really a head down runner, doesn't beat people with tricks or skill, his passing is fairly average, and he doesn't have much heading ability. He's about 25/26 now as well so he's nigh on a finished product, I can't see him ever getting the big move he has in his head.

Didn't take them long!

Agree with this tbh, Liverpool have been playing well recently and think we'll really struggle away from home. Just have to really hope Spurs have lost out on the title by the last game or Norwich/Sunderland lose all their games while we pick up wins against Villa and Palace. I'd completely written this lot off, Benitez has done well to get this team going for a change.
