"on a protest"

Aye I think that's the difficulty they've had the whole time but I agree it's only really started to feel like they're getting bogged down now, each story line is proceeding at a snails pace because it's getting 5 minutes or so per episode. Hopefully they manage it a bit better going forward but with this many characters it's really hard, it was fine in prior seasons since they all were in groups but now they're all so spread out.

I think he'd be mental to go to Man Utd, Spurs have a far better squad, they fit his tactics really well, they're in a really fantastic place to capitalize on all this new TV money and keep + build on their squad. At Man Utd he'll have a ton of expectation with an inferior squad, with the TV money I doubt they would pay him too much more as well.
-
I'm not convinced he'd go there tbh, he's a legend at Liverpool and he's had a fair few pops at Everton in the past. I suspect that's why he come to us in the first place, lack of other options nearby Liverpool.
-
I think it all depends on how much he actually cares about staying near Liverpool, if he's willing to waste a season to remain near his family then he'll stay as there's not really another option other than not having a job. Of course if it's been blown out of proportion and he wants to get back to the big time jobs asap he'll be away.

Agree with this, I think Mbemba has the most chance of leaving as if people had scouted him properly they may have saw a defender they were willing to pay10m for, hopefully most didn't bother scouting our defence though . The price of the others will put people off for sure and we don't need to sell. I'm sure Ashley will be fighting to keep a lot of them as well since getting back up 1st time will be paramount for him and the money gained from flogging them wouldn't make up for missing out on the prem.
-
Fully agree with that. It's utterly laughable that we've had a makeshift back four for a good amount of this season considering what a shit show the defence has been in the two seasons before this one, how on Earth we didn't buy more than 1 defender in the two windows is fucking mental. It has really cost us this season, as we've outscored Palace, Watford, and West Brom, and we're equal on goals with Stoke, meanwhile we're joint 2nd worst for goals conceded.

He can sling his hook tbh, total ballbag. Him and Sissoko would be good in the Championship but they can both fuck right off.

Almost as mental as Leicester only spending 8 days outside the top 5. As if Sunderland are going to stay up again ffs, been scrapping relegation since 2007/08 the useless cunts. -

"ah was there when Stevie Mac got us to 9th in the Prem" "I thought we were relegated with McClaren Grandad" "Well aye we were but for one day, a whole 24 hours, we were in the top ten" -

I don't think that'll be far off the reality tbh, unless Benitez demands a load of dosh and Ashley really wants him to stay. -

He could but surely anyone that done due diligence before buying would pick up on the loans owed to him and try and have it be part of the price, have to be a pretty oblivious buyer to get stung like that. I think it'll be factored into any selling price which is why his valuation will put a lot of potential buyers off (as it did when the Man City lot come looking for a club to buy and he apparently quoted over 200m for the club and they bought Man City instead). I think unfortunately we're stuck with the cunt unless someone with a load of cash happens to really want Newcastle United, if they're looking to buy a good sized club and aren't fussed which one then we'll probably be too expensive for them. I agree with Gemmill about Benitez though, if he fucks off we'll end up with some sack like Warnock, probably get promoted and then have to endure a few year of Sunderland-esque scrapping relegation before going down again, so basically it'd be fuck all to look forward too and we may as well just stay in the Championship so at least Jabba watches his asset lower in value which is at least some level of consequence for what he has done to NUFC. -

Aye he'd be a canny enough free for us depending on his wages. I think Dummett will be good in the Championship mind but if Enrique can come anywhere near he was for us (post relegation season) he'd be a big upgrade. -

Neither would be seen as a shameful thing in Sunderland though. In fact it's impressive that him (at 40) and his 52 year old mam are still alive with the horrific conditions they have to endure. -
Here's the video I'm on about: https://www.facebook.com/NEBanterWaughy/videos Go to show me more videos and it's "on drink before everton/internet star westy" It's westy not weldy. Think Weldy was Stevies mate and isn't a mackem
