Fully agree, I understand the happiness of beating Everton and staying up but it's not an achievement at all. The Allardyce stuff is hilarious, he has had 30 fucking games! and now a good portion of them are saying things like "with a full season big Sam will have us top 10", on what evidence? they were struggling like fuck until they beat Chelsea, they then beat an Everton team that had clearly thrown the towel in. They do it every year, stuck in the bottom 3 until teams start putting their flip flops on and then they manage to pick up a string of good results. Allardyce bought them some players who helped them scrap relegation, and that's about all he'll bring in come summer, the bloke has no fucking clue who to buy if he's given money he can just buy scrappers who'll help graft against the drop.
