  1. Aye I heard he was going over, he was banging on about how he's going to Ireland and Europe. I'm not sure how his 15 minute bit about how Hitler is a first ballot hall of famer in the top psycho stakes would go down in Germany .
  2. Aye I saw him in Newark last night, he was quality so now I've got all his daft quotes in my head.
  3. It would be a completely hilarious argument if they weren't 100% serious about it. There have been mass shooting in states like Texas and now the one in Florida, these are states with some pretty fucking loose gun laws so surely if we were to have this armed savior in the crowd it would be in one of these states. Time and time again this armed hero seemingly isn't there, funny that even in states with loose gun regulations people generally don't just walk about armed all the time... They also completely ignore the fact the utter fucking havoc adding more shooters to a terrifying, confusing and dimly lit situation would cause, the bloke walks in and starts firing his AR-15 off, armed hero number 1 fires at him, then another bloke sees hero number 1 and shoots at him, a few more start and it becomes like an old spaghetti western saloon shootout. I also find it ludicrous how petty they get, someone said automatic rifles should be banned and all these gun nuts jumped up and down going "DOESN'T THIS MORON KNOW THE AR-15 IS A SEMI-AUTO!!!" it is but the thing shoots as fast as you can repeatedly pull the trigger, they fully get the point the bloke is making but they're going to divert the argument to how he's so stupid that he doesn't know what is a minor point to regular people. The bloke was clearly meaning these military type weapons shouldn't be accessible by regular people and he's completely right, why the fuck does anyone need an AR-15? it's not like people hunt with them, so what else do you need them for? home protection? You'd surely want a shorter weapon in a close quarter situation, unless of course you're planning on mowing down a crowd of people. Regular people don't need guns ffs. I've never owned a gun and I've managed to avoid getting murdered or raped or whatever else they fear without having one on me at all times. My wife has a mental Uncle from West Virginia (ohhh jesus) and he constantly gives me the argument that we should all be armed in case the Government need to be overthrown I then tell him he could have access to an RPG and it'd not be much use if they sent drones after you.
  4. Aye I don't rate the bloke normally anyway but he has been fucking gopping the first 2 games.
  5. I'd be considering dropping Hart in all, the lad has been fucking shocking in the first 2 games.
  6. 'Newcastle star' The bloke is shite, he'd end up losing his place at West Brom if he went there as he'd be too busy day dreaming of his imaginary big move.
  7. Aye the next World Cup is going to be a bloodbath, they're fucking mental tbh. FIFA should be taking note but are probably too busy counting the bribe money.
  8. That's why I'm always shocked people back Belgium for tournament wins, they never seem to play well tbh, I think they're slightly unbalanced in defence (as they tend to play 3 cb's in defence due to not really having any good full backs). They have some canny players but a few of them are overrated anyway, and none of them really link up well (similar to England in that respect).
  9. The lad who invented spaces after full stops MLF.
  10. I think it was aye, he's a MoTD type player to be fair so I guess for people that never watch us he must be canny.
  11. Aye I remember a game of ours recently where a commentator talked about how gutted the Newcastle fans will be when Sissoko leaves, he's integral to the squad apparently, commentators always have their fingers on the pulse.
  12. That's what will definitely put any potential buyer off imo, you have to buy the bloke in the hope that he might be up for it. Honestly though as I say even on his good days he'd not up to standard, he'd never get a game over the likes of Ozil, Sanchez, Cazorla, even Walcott, Chamberlain, and that Campbell lad are better. As you say his ability is purely based on the fact he's a good athlete, that's why he's at his level at a mid-table/relegation scrapping side, you can't be a CL level player if you're not also very good technically. I agree Diame is better, I think he'd struggle to get into a lot of PL sides as most (including us in all honesty) can't afford to carry him on the hope of seeing one good game once in a while and the teams that can have blokes that are either better technically or turn up more often.
  13. http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/laughable-thinks-hes-good-enough-11438702#ICID=FB-Chron-main If anyone can be arsed watch the 50 second video on there, the Chronicle really is a fucking joke. Sissoko's career in numbers, I thought it would give something insightful like passing percentages, chances created etc. Instead it stated the date he arrived, the amount he arrived for, how many yellow and red cards he has, appearances and goals, a random "10m valuation" and the best bit: "6 games he captaioned NUFC" do they bother proofreading? A fucking fanzine would be embarrassed with this shite.
  14. Aye at least he knows he'd struggle, he only managed 1 decent game out of every 10 in the PL so maybe that would be 1 in 5 in the Championship. In truth it'd probably be more like 1 in every 20 simply because he definitely wouldn't be fucking arsed in the Championship. I honestly don't know who he thinks will want him the way he has played for the last 3-4 seasons, even on his good days it's completely clear what his limitations are as he completely spoons one on ones and any situation where he has time on the ball to think (or overthink as he does at times), he's also very limited technically as well.
  15. Thank fuck for that, he'll never be happy because he'll never play for the level of club he thinks he should be at.
  16. Suppose it depends how much he wants to be in London, personally I'd rather spend 1 year in the championship with NUFC than be stuck playing for Alan Pardew at a bampy shit hole like Palace. Again though he might really be desperate to be back in London.
  17. Was no doubt done in anticipation of the people lumping on after confirmation. 14/1 is excellent odds for something I think will be comfortable. Readings record is 114 or something right? I can see us being near that.
  18. Licence to print money that Ewerk. Must be a fair amount of money on us to come up mind since it's 10/11 for us not to be promoted!
  19. We'll walk it, 100+ points.
  20. Rumours now that PSG are offering the 20m or so required to trigger N'golo Kante's release clause, if that happens Mahrez surely wont be there much longer either.
  21. Aye hit double figures for Burnley in his first prem season and he's only 23, much better to spend that sort of money on a lad like him rather than McCormack.
  22. Aye 15m for a championship striker is fucking absurd. Especially at his age with no evidence he can do it in the PL, I'd far rather we looked elsewhere.
  23. It's definitely a risk in that how will he hold up in a physically demanding league but I think he'll do well for them especially since he's a free (although no doubt on exorbitant wages). One thing Mourinho is very good at is getting a lot out of aging players so I wouldn't be that surprised to see him get a canny few goals in his 1st season there at least.
