  1. Diame looks like he's running through treacle, time to sub him off Rafa.
  2. I loved the crunching tackle he hoyed in before charging down the pitch and narrowly missing his shot from outside the box, he has a lot of potential imo.
  3. Aye he's really been in form most of the season, he's making the Hull lot look like League two players as he just walks around pinging 30 yarders with perfect spin on them either side of the pitch. As Rayvin said we need to score first or this lot will just have 10 men in the box (as they pretty much did that first half).
  4. Massive gulf in class here but we're not making them pay, some of Shelvey's passing has been fucking brilliant mind. Diame needs to be told to fucking pack in shooting anytime he touches the ball, there was one passage of play where he held off two players and turned them, as Gayle ran into the box Diame decided to try and smack a shot while off balance from 30 yards out hitting Gayle, what a waste. We've been very sloppy in the final 3rd, Hull are a complete and utter fucking joke.
  5. Should have been a free kick for that shitter Elmohamady shoving Gayle, we look sloppy so far mind, Lazaar looks in decent shape but his throw ins are wank.
  6. What a fucking gopping team, surely we can beat this rabble comfortably.
  7. Aye good luck Tom, I'm sure 'Cristiano' Gouffran will do you a favour and put an end to any worry about the match tonight.
  8. I'm not above being petty. ewerk loves scoobs now eh? Footy really does mend all, Rayvin will be pleased about that.
  9. Especially as we could draw Man Utd or West Ham who aren't exactly teams to fear at the moment.
  10. Aye, I laugh every time I see these pundits and journalists who tore us to bits when he went on a run at Palace saying things like "he goes on winning runs followed by disastrous runs of form such as 5 wins in 2016" now, these were the fucking things we said to defend ourselves and they were having none of it I'm not giving them a pass because they've finally clocked on to something we knew 3 years ago. I didn't have much respect for a lot of pundits but the way they showed complete lack of insight and knowledge about Pardew when it wasn't exactly hard to see what was going on if you took a little time to look at our games and form under him has made me lose the little respect I had. Watching some of them slag off Phil Neville is hilarious tbh as they were saying very similar stuff about a year ago and they had very similar evidence and facts available to them then (the fact he still hasn't caught on shows what a fucking dipshit he is btw).
  11. Nah I've no time for them, especially after their "Newcastle fans wouldn't know a proper manager if he...." sort of shite (much like the Spurs twats with Sissoko btw) they were completely fucking wrong, we were spot on so ner ner ner ner nerrr nerr. I don't understand their desire to lord it over us tbh, it's small time, I mean that is what they are but it's mackem type behavior really and it's pathetic. They're happy enough to moan about him but they're doing it without any sense of how ridiculous they look after they slagged us to bits for giving him shite. It's a tough one for me, I'd love to see Rafa take us to slumhurst park and give that shambles of a side a good kicking but I also like the idea of Pardew being out of footy.
  12. He's a petty little man and I think he knows he's a shit manager. NUFC fans were pretty quick to see through it and call him out on it, obviously that was in part due to the fact he came in to dislike and suspicion due to the dodgy sacking of Hughton whereas usually a manager comes in on the back of someone else doing a crap job. He can never resist having pops at NUFC but the fact is NUFC will be the biggest club he'll ever manage, a tin pot, trampy, no mark club like Crystal Palace suits him to the ground with their shitty lower league quality stadium and facilities and irrelevant fan base. Genuinely hope he is there for years to come, preferably staying on after he relegates them.
  13. I see Phil Neville has come out defending Pardew with exactly the same lack of evidence the pundits defended him with when he was with us. He has said this is down to the players and that he feels sorry for Pardew as he's getting everything right, bit weird considering when the team was doing well Pardew was brilliant, it was all down to him, he deserved the England job or a top job, and NUFC were mugs. Neville has also said Palace don't struggle to score goals, I imagine he is only using the fact they scored 4 against Swansea as his evidence as the stat HF posted above has them scoring 46 in 38 which isn't exactly free scoring. Here's his ramblings if anyone fancies seeing what Palace fans will be going mental over today: http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/38081864
  14. So that's the bloke from The Apprentice as President and a bloke that had a cameo in Stuck on You on the cabinet.
  15. "similar questions were raised about how the Rockefeller family's vast wealth in the oil industry and other investments might impact his duties as VP. At the Senate's request, the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel drafted an opinion saying the conflict of interest laws were best read not to apply to the vice president." So they're essentially saying "ahh it's too hard to work all that shit out just ignore it in his case", that article is fucking unbelievable tbh. It's similar in a way to how they had to create new laws that stopped insider trading by members of the house, despite the fact it's illegal for normal people anyway so why would you need a law for just them? I love the bits in that article that basically mention "yeah the Senate didn't love it but we got it through", shocker that the only ones that didn't get an exclusion or a pay rise weren't thrilled by it .
  16. I suppose it will be if the next bloke comes in and actually does clean all this stuff up due to public backlash.
  17. Agreed, we all know self-dealing etc happens but as you say he's just going to be out in the open and brash about it, people will take him to court and he'll win through exemptions that his legal team have already identified as the article you put up shows. One of the best videos to come out of the election was perhaps Donald jr completely missing the point of a blind trust and basically leaving it with "no we wont bring up anything to do with the company at the breakfast table, trust me" with that level of oversight who would worry eh? .
  18. Staggering, tying that sort of exemption to a pay rise for congress. Interesting read, thanks HF. Fwiw I think we absolutely will see "brazen contempt" for the spirit of the law, this fucker is going to bend those laws so much it'll be the best bend you've ever saw, he is the greatest at bends. "Congress didn't initially show much interest in the Bush proposal, but eventually bundled it together with other reforms as a useful vehicle for the politically uncomfortable effort to boost lawmakers' pay." Well we don't really love it, maybe you should bundle in something that gives us more money? Yeah that would make me like it.
  19. "I've built a very great company" this bloke got an Ivy league education ffs, they must have just gave him a pass in most of his classes as the way he speaks is ridiculous. Whatever you think of Obama it's going to be a big drop from him to Trumps babble.
  20. He'll probably get banned for the first 5 games of next season at this rate, what a fucking shit show the FA is.
  21. Oh aye they're total fucking mackems. I do love reading the ones that are trying to act like he just needs to settle, can they do us all a favour and point to the period of his career where he was consistently playing well and putting in effort, he played for us for nearly 4 years and was shit for 98% of it so I guess he never settled in, he might be set for a big season in 2021 if that's the case. Think they just need to accept the blokes fucking useless man, he's a 3-5m player that should be getting sub appearances for West Brom.
  22. What was it Bannon said about him? Something along the lines of him being a fantastic speaker.... Aye, sure he is.
  23. Genuinely no idea but I'm not worried about out and out corruption of the courts more just a feeling of respect towards the office of president which leads to things going his way. He is appointing all these blokes that should not/would not be in very powerful positions so they'll feel indebted to him, we may see a similar crackers appointment into the supreme court, I think it could get very 'swampy'.
  24. We can all come together over a mutual hatred of Moussa Sissoko. So don't thank football, thank Moussa.
