That's it like Dummett literally brushed against him, how on Earth can you possibly give a pen and a red for that? Especially ridiculous when you consider Clark was literally lifted up and thrown to the ground as he was reaching for the ball up the other end. I genuinely hope the club lodge a formal complaint about this officiating staff as I can't help but feel something not right is going on here.

Can't say I've really seen any of him, if he's a genuine AMC then that's what I think we need as the link between the lines is lacking. We could look for a £3-5m player to get us through to the summer, I mean I think we'll get promoted as things stand but I think it'll be much smoother if we get a bloke in that position. Maybe we could allow them to keep Armstrong on loan until the end of the season (it's only until Jan at the minute isn't it?) and give them £3m.

I'm really hoping we look to fill that number 10 role, even if it's just a loan to get us through until the summer when we can get a higher calibre one. I think we could get by the 3 or so games in January we'd have Shelvey missing for (if he is banned) if we had two out of Colback, Tiote, Diame, or Hayden playing behind a capable number 10 as it's been a really key position we've been lacking and I think a couple of these losses could have been draws or wins if we'd had one.

I hadn't considered using Yedlin but that is probably the most likely option, aye I'd forgotten Gouffran was hobbling but remembered both him and Ritchie were hanging by the end so was worried about our lack of wingers. I suppose playing Yedlin on the wing depends on how knackered Anita is, although if Anita is wrecked and Lazaar is somewhat fresh it could be Lazaar on the wing with Dummett behind him and Atsu in front of Yedlin. I'm just glad we're playing a team with a leaky defence as it's going to be a bit of a makeshift side in certain areas.

We're definitely going to see a lot of rotation, I think it'll more resemble the line up against Blackburn bar the CM pairing as they were both blowing through their arses by the end. The other worry for me is the wings, we have Atsu who will be relatively fresh but Ritchie and Gouffran both played the majority of the 120 and Ritchie in particular looked like he was running through treacle, I'd say we might see Perez and Atsu on the wings but then unless we play Diame I can't see it as there's no way we'll be playing Murphy and Mitro together.

Aye I missed that one too, I had every other player in that position and had no fucking clue about him. As ewerk says it feels good he's in the rear view now.

Well according to what the Fish posted they're shit at defending just about everything, the fact they've conceded the 2nd most in the league backs that up (interestingly enough Norwich are joint 3rd worst defensively). What we really need is for them to have a bit of a go at us, I think we've been struggling with teams that are just sitting back recently as Hull basically had no intention of leaving their half for most of the game. If they open up a bit and try and attack us I think we'll give them a right kicking to get back on track.

I honestly don't know how people give a fuck about darts enough that this bloke is famous. Not one thing he has come out with has shocked me as it fits exactly with what I'd think 60 year old bloke from Hackney that plays darts for a living would think, it'd be like getting shocked by Nick Griffin blaming the immigrants for stuff. How the fuck has he got an MBE by the way , I hope it's for raising a load of money for charity or something because if it's one of them bullshit 'services to sport' type of things for a fat, pisshead darts player they can get fucked. Darts man .

It is probably irreversible now but we should be doing all we can to lessen the damage, denying it and taking major backward steps with regards to emissions will accelerate the issue and from a selfish issue will mean we'll probably see more of the problems in our lifetime. I think if we're willing to shrug it off we should absolutely be shrugging off a lot of the other issues with the Trump presidency that are getting more press. Not that I think Hillary gave a flying fuck about climate change either mind.

They've been making a fuss of that over here but it's basically what he's been saying the whole time unless he doesn't put his kids in control. He always said Donald jr and Ivanka would run it and people yelled at him saying that wasn't a blind trust, he may as well just retain control if he's going to just give it to his kids. In what is probably going to be more of an issue for the world the incoming chief of staff says climate change denial will be the default position of the Trump administration: https://thinkprogress.org/trump-climate-change-bunk-28c5c44cee#.wun54aloh

I just find it weird that we've never been good at pens, no matter what players are in the side. Even sides with class pen takers in we still seem to lose, suppose it's the same with England as well. Aye you can say it's nerves but other teams manage a lot better than NUFC and England, it's just odd. Fwiw I'd rather a player miss like Gayle than have an effort like Gouffrans, I get Dickies point but there's absolutely no defending that effort.

Aye, Sels is fucking tragic. We've seen enough of him to say that imo, could he turn it round and become a class keeper? Aye of course he could but there's no point risking it when the majority of opportunities he has had he's looked shaky and we have better.
