  1. Brighton will trip up, then run out comfortable winners in the last game.
  2. Not sure they'd notice 15 people walking out tbf
  3. Aye the media wont pick up on it tbh. To be fair to them it's about fucking time they tried to force some change at their club rather than just going "only the maggie cunts boycott" and then sitting disgruntled in a half empty stadium.
  4. I think that theory was dead once Marveaux was arrested tbh. Hopefully the club just fucking cooperate rather than trying to hide stuff which would only end up making it worse.
  5. Charnley the grass. He's like Matt Damon in that movie The Informant, the most incompetent inside man ever.
  6. Quality. Boro's first win in 2017 and the mackems still think they'll be one of the stronger teams in the Championship
  7. Aye seems like it was set up by Marseilles while us and West Ham went along with it. Stupid cunts.
  8. Aye, honestly I don't expect to really hear what this was all about for a few month. The club especially shouldn't be saying owt at all, it does them fuck all good to come out with any sort of statement tbh.
  9. I think there's still a possibility most of the wrongdoing was on the side of Marseilles, while I've no doubt our bunch have probably done something off they (and West Ham) may have just assisted in it and went along with it rather than engineering whatever it is. It's a good thing the mackems didn't rev themselves into an absolute tizzy over this and start throwing round made up bollocks as if it was absolute fact despite no one having any idea what any of this is about...
  10. Funny how interested they are isn't it? Bunch of idiots, it'll be a big conspiracy if we just get fined.
  11. That's playing out now between Charnley and the club "lawyer".
  12. They only get that volume of clicks then it's a video by Lee. Get a video of him up looking suitably disheveled from his session at the pub talking about things that he has absolutely no idea about with Chris WAAAAAAAAAUGH, guaranteed hit tbh. "well Chris it's hard to say like.... Could be ye knaa a relegation to the conference, or lower, or something, weyy you nevvor kna kid... be mint back stomping on heeds when we're away to Whitley Bay... me element that". He does seem to make himself scarce whenever there's a story about finances, or owt that isn't just "Rafa's going to get a big spend".
  13. Aye I know fully why they would do it but honestly would they not get a better response if they did a proper job and tried to get a sense for the nature of the charges, really looked into the rules to see if there was anything, and to get an idea of what the actual punishment might be? Instead they put up 3 paragraphs about insolvency charges ffs, they may as well discuss the bans teams get in cases of match fixing as it's equally as irrelevant.
  14. Oh so all that was from the Chronicle, good to see them jumping on the hysteria train with the rest of the media. No idea why they're talking about the rules for insolvency, that has no bearing on our case whatsoever. Also some of the clubs they mention had issues with insolvency which is why they were docked points, the case of Leeds in 2007 has nowt at all to do with NUFC in this situation. The Swindon one sounds like a real mess, 36 breaches of league rules and originally given relegation, I can't see our case being comparable to that. The Chesterfield and Boston cases are probably the most similar but it also sounds like both were doing stuff as well as dodgy player sales. The Chronicle should be ashamed of itself for this type of crap, trying to create a shit storm and panic.
  15. We'd likely appeal and it would come into effect in January, meaning fat boy wins again really.
  16. Aye, I think it was match fixing. Ended up being like 5 clubs didn't it? This is nowhere near something like that. It seems they've just been manipulating the image rights amounts going off the albeit limited info that's leaking out.
  17. Aye that's what I thought, I can't think of any sides in the Championship that have faced a points deduction for dodgy player transfers. Is it even under their control? or is it the FA's decision? I don't really see how a points deduction would be a fitting punishment for iffy transfers that happened multiple years ago in another division, however for it to really cause an issue it'll probably have to be a 7+ point deduction which would surely not come under their "precedent". Scrapped my comment about them licking their lips at the prospect of keeping us down here I missed the end of quotation, so the last bit is just more made up bollocks by a media wanker. I'd like him to point towards recent cases where a points deduction was leveled against dodgy player dealings, it has mostly been transfer bans and/or fines in the cases of West Ham, Liverpool, Madrid, Barca etc.
  18. I don't really mind him, I just think he's pissed his career potential away a fair bit. The wannabe philosopher stuff was a fucking liberty though
  19. :lol:That fucking cockroach will scuttle away to scam again another day.
  20. He looked like a model that had walked onto the pitch tbf. Not that the lad was given much of a chance mind.
  21. I was waiting for someone to make the joke, Thauvins lass was an absolute belta btw.
  22. What a stupid cunt he is man, is he going to go back to being a pseudo-intellectual now? The absolute throbber, the daft part is he was a canny player and could have had a far better career if he wasn't such a twat.
  23. A fairly tight affair early on, ends 7-0.
