  1. Aye it’s disgraceful by the ref, honestly though overall the ref was fucking dire. Zaha should have been sent off for two bookable offences going off how easy he handed cards out to our lot. The thing that got me with the Cabaye challenge is what is the argument for not sending him off? He went in with two feet, lunged off the ground, scissored his legs, and went through the back. He had zero chance whatsoever of getting the ball and couldn’t have possibly intended too, it also doesn’t take Sherlock Holmes to notice the connection between them not getting a pen for what they saw as a Yedlin foul of Zaha and Yedlin almost losing his leg 20 seconds later. I’m also fucking sick of hearing “he’s not that type of player” first of all we all know Cabaye is a sly cunt, he’s as bad as Shelvey it’s just he’s smarter about it. Ignoring that though, it’s got fuck all to do with anything, he did do it, he flew in wildly, high, and recklessly with no control over the challenge and could have ended a lads season regardless of if it’s out of character in that moment he did do it.
  2. Aye it’s fucking hilarious, also all the same pundits that rip on the Moyes and Van Gaal Man Utd sides forget sister in law smasher was the assistant for both. I hope they do give it to him so we can watch as total cunts like Carragher have to sit and squirm desperate to avoid admitting their mate is a shite manager. You have to love the “just give it to Giggsy” tweet, as if there’s 3 games left and Ryan Giggs has any fucking connection to Everton, there’s nearly 30 games left you slack jawed scouse tramp. Not a chance Rafa goes there btw, not sure why anyone is worried. He’s a Liverpool legend, he sees Everton as tramps and iirc has called them a small club at some point in the past. He has us playing to his system, has his staff in place, and we are possibly about to have a big takeover. He’s not going to leave to go to a completely demoralized, unbalanced side as that would tarnish his reputation with us and Liverpool fans. Not saying there’s not a club he would leave us for, it’s just not them.
  3. Aye bad day for the scousers. I think I heard the commentator say it was a PL record attendance and 2nd highest for an English top flight match. That Lovren was a fucking nightmare mind, subbed after half an hour . I wonder if this Alli and Kane will be the ones we see play for England in Russia...
  4. That article in the other thread from the express that also has this link is fucking hilarious btw. £500m to spend and it links us with Townsend and HBA may as well say we’ll be after Brett Emerton, and Leighton Baines as well.
  5. Can’t say I’d like to see us sign Townsend again for the money they are quoting. The only way we’d spend that on a player would be if we do get some mega money takeover, and as Quiff said if that happened we could get better than him. Zaha is fucking tragic though, clearly thinks he’s a Bale/Ronaldo type player as he’s a similar type of height and build, the issue is he’s a fucking tart and is average as fuck. The clip of some of his dives man, in fact the prick should have been sent off for a second yellow after pulling Yedlin back, which he only did because his fragile ego couldn’t handle the fact that Yedlin with the ball is still faster than him without it.
  6. Desperate little twats, have to love the ones getting all hett up at “the mags spreading rumours” despite the first post even saying it’s from a newspaper. The answer is no though, there’s a reason investors have no interest in them. They have horrific books, high earners that are talentless but on long deals, apparently still paying off some transfers that have long since left the club. They also have no international presence, Newcastle is generally known either due to the football club or brown ale, they can shrug it off as arrogance but it’s simply true. The thing a deal like this might do is improve Newcastle generally, the airport might get better direct flights to longer distance locations to get the glory hunters in, some more posh hotels, more restaraunts etc. So I suppose that would make their lives a little better again, it would be yet another thing for the miserable little scabby cunts to thank Newcastle for. They’ll still keep pretending Sunderland Ian just as good though, and I’m sure that maginpeace winnet will be right there saying how nice it is.
  7. I think he's better out wide where he's able to run at the full back, or up front (like when he got games after he first moved to us, although that could just be me remembering that spell fondly), he seems to get crowded out in the area in between the lines despite grafting.
  8. Aye he did do canny, I might be being harsh . I wasn't meaning he was terrible just he makes everything look like hard work, his shot was a good one tbh and surprised a keeper as wank as Speroni got to it. I did laugh when Sakho kicked the ball off him twice like.
  9. Threw a two goal lead away ffs, against fucking Brentford. They are absolutely dog shit, in fact their fan base was so far off in what they've been saying about SAFC and NUFC they owe us an apology. Good to see 'maginpeace' is over there consoling them, what a complete fucking chode. I'm at the point where I actually think the lad is just a mackem pretending to be a toon fan.
  10. Aye but if everyone below us won the next 3 in a row and we lost the next 3 in a row, we'd drop right down the league.
  11. See Parish is being a bitter little bitch we're only big in Newcastle. Fair enough I'm not arsed if we're big or not, the question is if we're a poxy little club what the fuck are Crystal Palace? He'll be feeling like Palace were the better side today, when in reality both teams were tragic today, the difference was we actually created a chance.
  12. Exactly the type of match we'd have definitely lost under past managers. Good to win in a game we were pretty fucking poor in. BTW, Palace are a fucking appalling side if the ref had been in anyway un-biased they should have been down to at least 10 men (a few others could have had 2 bookings given how fucking liberal he was with the cards in any challenge our lot were involved in). No idea what the fuck Hodgsons tactics are, playing two wingers as the central strikers but both just break wide leaving no one in the middle fucking shambles, enjoy the championship you bunch of fucking no marks.
  13. Zaha getting away with doing to Yedlin basically the exact thing Lejuene got booked for. Had to laugh at hearing Cabaye isn’t that type of player, 2nd horrific leg breaking scissor tackle through the back our lot have suffered this season and still no red against it. Fucking absurd, seems a light shove is deserving of the same punishment. Zaha is a diving, end product lacking, shite hair cutted ball bag. Games like this really show the lack of quality we have further up the pitch. I’d like to see Merino come on for Hayden, Hayden has made 4-5 passes that keep falling short of their target which is getting hard to watch.
  14. Aye, good performance by Watford but Chelsea put away all their chances.
  15. Silva’s Watford look class today. Could easily be 3-1 up away at Chelsea.
  16. Present day Raqqa is probably nicer than Sunderland.
  17. Aye, personally I’m chuffed to bits because they’re fucking sacks. Another one of the many fan bases the mackems kiss up to. Agree that he bought poorly, Sigurdsson aside, and Lukaku wasn’t even close to being replaced with the average strikers they brought in.
  18. If he didn’t I’d imagine it’s what made him stay after Ashley being a cunt over the summer window.
  19. Like DK is saying it’s more that they are comfortable that a deal could be made. The proper price negotiations would of course come after the due diligence, but it’s a positive as it means Ashley is inclined to believe his demands could be met as companies don’t like allowing others to go through their books.
  20. The mackems still pinning everything on the tax issue Aye the threat of a £10m or so tax bill, after possibly years of litigation, will quash this potential £300m deal. This all started long after the tax issue news broke so it’s desperate as fuck that they keep pinning their hopes on that. Something may come out in due diligence but it’s not going to be the tax issue that is very public.
