Thank fuck Man City managed to win that. Burnley seemed pretty determined to spoil the party, hopefully we do the same with a better result against Liverpool. I genuinely can’t take Solksjaer seriously as Manchester United manager btw what a little cunt of a bloke.

Don’t worry everyone there is still hope for another special relationship to be forged: But those Pompey lads still have to watch themselves or they’ll get a clip from the worldwide SAFC fan base (special mention to the below being a response to that knacker Dangermows trying to portray their scummy fan base as whiter than white): aaaaand yet another brilliant bit of delusion chucked in for good measure: everyones cup final etc. I wonder when they’ll click on that it’s not the case? Season 2 in League One maybe, I still can’t believe they call us deluded all of the above comes from one thread, there’s also a Boro fan arguing before they try to form a bond with them by saying most Sunderland fans want Boro to do well and vice versa. The top 2 divisions are far better without these deluded, trampy fuckers. They’ve been absolutely shite in every division they’ve been in for my entire life, they idolize Kevin Phillips and Niall Quinn, 2 absolutely bang average strikers which says it all really.

What the fuck.

Have to agree to disagree. He’s useless imo, 53 PL appearances (31 of them starts), 2 goals and 2 assists (none of either coming in the 12 starts or 13 sub appearances this season), is a very poor return for a winger. In comparison Hayden has 1 goal and 4 assists in 22 appearances this season (18 starts 4 sub apps) from a much deeper position. I’m happy for him to play if the other alternative is Kennedy though.

Aaaaaand just had it spoiled for me on Facebook why are people so determined to spoil films these days?
-
Shite match. Kenedy and Atsu are absolutely dirge, the pair of them offer absolutely nowt.
-
Dean has done a fairly shit job at officiating this.
-
How has he given a free kick for that? It was exactly the same as the one on Rondon in the first half.
-
We’ve sat too far back this half tbh. Saying that we’ve almost got a 2nd string out there with all these injuries.
-
This lot are fucking pathetic tbh. If that was a pen we should have had at least 2. We should have at least got a shot on goal when we had the 3 against 2 break
-
Dummett has been immense at CB recently
-
That poor fucker Kayal went down with a bad hamstring and their CB went over and stood on his hand by mistake. They best hope Cardiff do fuck all in their remaining games.
-
I bet that Andone is regretting targeting Atsu early on
-
Very close, probs another pen for the few attempts to trip him as he went through. Brighton are absolute shite
-
Dummett clearly evening the score on that Andonde for his earlier foul on Atsu.
-
That would have been given against us tbh. Rondon had his heel clearly clipped.
-
Get in! Another example of Rondon’s worth, quality finish by Ayoze.
-
At least he’s focused on the match, either that or he’s having a reyt good push.
-
Equal on points with Lee Bowyer’s Charlton so it looks like Charlton v Mackems in the playoffs, howay Lee knock those fucking tramps out the semi final.

Short was very much into letting the legends have a big say in the club, as I said above the issue with Sunderland is their big heroes are people like Niall Quinn and Wearside Jack. It would have been great to have NUFC with people like Keegan, Shearer, etc having a say rather than Lambias and Wise. Not saying Short is perfect but he backed the club, his downfall was trusting fucking divvies like Quinn, there’s also not a whole lot he can do when you have a fan base racially abusing their best players parent etc.
-
Aye, they always act like Ashley is a good owner and we are idiots for disliking him. If Ashley owned them they would have been absolutely fucked, there’s no way he’d have given the club away, paid the debt, all for essentially a few future parachute payments. Short was shite because he trusted the fan base and “legends” of Sunderland time and again. The place is fucking toxic, it was long, and widely, said that the player culture at the club was horrific, the mackems denied it, then when there was a flashpoint with Di Canio the management backed the players, and the mackems were fine with it as Di Canio wasn’t letting the players have tomato ketchup (imagine a lovely pile of chicken fuckin dippahs without a load of ketchup? It’d be like watching the lads without your blue drink). As much of a scumbag as Di Canio is they should have backed him up, instead they backed Cattermole.

Aye he is a bellend. The upside of NBC is that they put every single match either on TV or on their streaming service, the downside is you have to sometimes listen to Kilbane. The thing I’m most surprised about is “the two Robbies” (I knarr) Robbie Mustoe and Robbie Earle are actually somewhat decent pundits, I think since they didn’t play for the ‘big’ sides helps as they don’t just spout on and favour the usual sides. They do unfortunately often have this utter dickhead that joins them that I think played in the MLS called Kyle Martino on, he’s usually the cheer leader for “United” and co.
-
ffs. At some point they surely have to think about increasing his bans, every time I’ve seen them play he has thrown in a horrible challenge.
-
Is that horrible little cunt Knockaert still banned, or will we get to watch him sprint round attempting to break someone’s leg? Hope we beat this lot, as much as I like Hughton I’d be happy to see these and Huddersfield down. Also, as annoying as Ms Doubtfire is I feel Cardiff have been on the end of some absolutely shite officiating this season. It’s probably fair to say Cardiff are less likely to kick on and improve than Brighton would be next season, as we start thinking ahead to next seasons relegation battle.

“Methven, however, is adamant that even if the worst happens, the club is in a far healthier state than when chairman Steward Donald’s consortium took over 12 months ago. “Financially, in terms of on-going costs, staying in League One is straightforward,” he said. “In fact, going up is more of a challenge.”” From an article of him bigging up THAT night in Trafalgar Square. I find it quite coincidental that this bit about how if they get promoted the wage bill jumps etc, and “what a financial mess we inherited from Short” is all being pushed to the fore now that promotion is looking dicey.
