  1. Get in there Charlton. It’s been coming tbf.
  2. Aye, I’ve no clue what the idiot was doing. It was hit at a fairly decent pace and it was pretty much no look What was that free kick routine btw you’re League One players lads.
  3. That’s most of League One football tbf. Sunderland are also absolutely rotten, they got one good volley over the two legs in Pompey and have now profited by a freak own goal.
  4. Why yes old chaps, we truly are a classy fan base, won’t every other fan base want to be friends with us. Fan base of absolute rotters.
  5. Just what every fan base hopes for, the opposition fan base to be patronizing about how nice you lot are after they pump you. I don’t know a fan base around that if they won a final would give a fuck what the losers were like tbh. Again, this is a fan base that gave regular vocal backing, then abused the victim of, a horrible little sex offender. They really have to stop talking about what a classy fan base they are. I assume they’ll only take about 10k to Wembley given about 20k bothered to turn up to their semi? The fair weather little tramps.
  6. It’s a good thing. There’s an asterisk at the bottom that explains it but it’s basically another £1m extra for each televised game over 10. Liverpool and Man Utd having 3 and 1 more televised games respectively than City shows the bias towards them two clubs btw, so Liverpool got more money than City. No idea why it’s called facility fee mind, as I agree it sounds like an expense.
  7. Nah, that’s why I’m not arsed really. It’s not as bad as the rag the mackems will be turning out in next season I suppose.
  8. How can we expect to compete with the likes of West Ham, Leicester and Watford? Despite getting essentially the same money, and being on tv more we apparently can’t compete in the transfer market . I’m sure the next time we come up some daft cunt like Ferdinand will likely completely blank facts like that, then say some cliche like Newcastle fans expect to compete with Man City.
  9. Looks shite but I expect no less from Puma. Everything bitch tits associates us with is cheap crap, surprised our lot aren’t wearing Slazenger £2 t-shirts at this point.
  10. We could sell him for £100m and have £5m of it added to the transfer budget, then the next accounts come out and the debt to Ashley will have grown. “Well the fing is, we were havin a pwopah nawty pub lock in, I was eyeing up the laaahvly fuckin fireplace in the corner for a good old spew, when that creepy specky dry lunch Charnaz had no wonga for his round. Daahhnt worry Lee you fat slaaag oi said, I’ll just pile it on the debt. My aaahn fakin slush fund it is”
  11. It’s fucking hilarious that he regularly goes on some stupid mackem podcast to feed them more of his lies “Daint leave us Marra” should be the name of that podcast since that seems to be the only topic.
  12. Ashley is fucking pathetic. How much would upgrading the training facilities cost? The club definitely generates enough to fund something like that ffs. I’ve also never understood the no players over 25 rule, I know it’s aimed at getting youngsters in cheap and selling at a profit but there are plenty of examples of players joining clubs at 26 or 27 and going for a profit later on. It’s also completely ignoring the bigger picture, Rondon helped us stay in the division which has brought in a lot of money, it’s not just about sell on price ffs.
  13. Aye he’s on about £140k a week and going on a free so it’ll likely be higher. Plus if there’s any truth in Barca being interested he’d go there even if we tried to pay more.
  14. I don’t think I’ve ever come into contact with any Charlton fan, short of being in the same stadium when we played them yonks ago. No doubt the mackems will have a load of friendly conversations with them over a pint as you say.
  15. The whole thing is a total sham. They’ve picked a place that is extremely difficult to get to, and one that has shown massive intolerance. UEFA like to act like they care about equality but they’re basically accepting of it with this action. I don’t know if it was for safety reasons or if the country hasn’t allowed him in but either way is troubling. As someone mentioned this is a good test run for Qatar, favoring of corporate tickets v allowing actual fans in, and a solid bout of intolerance.
  16. I like that there are more Newcastle related hashtags in there than Sunderland ones. Why are they trying to get a relationship going with their opposition in this game? It’ll sharp end if Charlton pump them. Have they forgotten that Lee Bowyer manages Charlton?
  17. Two clubs full of bitter losers. Another truly special friendship.
  18. I understood the point of it and thought it was a nice way to end it, just feel it didn’t need to go on for as long as it did.
  19. At least it was better than the last two.
  20. There surely isn’t a fan base in the country that struggles getting down to London as much as that bunch of sex offender supporter’s.
  21. Aye, there’s no use worrying about this one as it’s not happening. While I obviously hope it does as getting a player of his calibre in the current market for £16.5m is good business, Ashley isn’t paying that for a 29 year old. Even if he agrees to it and Rafa signs, it’ll be intentionally dragged out so by the time we get close to agreeing a fee he’ll be signing for another PL side.
  22. It’s bad that like. I wonder how many will make the trip to Wembley after they turned out in force to back them at home in the semi.
