Tbh until Ashley leaves I’m not arsed about who he sells. We’re never going to build a side under the bloke, and to be honest if Ashley doesn’t sell the club I’m fine with us going down and staying as a Championship side so stupid moves like this will speed that up. As AH points out taking 23 goals out of a side that barely scores isn’t exactly smart planning, so I fully expect this to be true. We’ll be selling our best youth prospect in fucking donkeys years once the first bid hits, the Almiron as soon as we can as well, we’ll then have to hear a completely confused Ashley and co searching for what possibly caused the third relegation under his ownership.
  2. The fucking clip of that man, he must have got them made “awwight moi saahhn you know that Disney geezer Aladdin? Yeah gimme a pair of pants like his but make them jeans. Anyway on your bike I’ve got go ring old man Kinnear, the jobs open again”. The best part is those jeans are so fucking shite that poor excuse for a shirt, and those monstrosities on his trotters slip under the radar.
  3. He’ll be making sure no one has made any improvements to the training facilities.
  4. Must be more cost cutting right? He seemed to be one of their better players last season, scoring a handful of goals and leading them to multiple magnificent failures.
  5. The horrible ugly little sex pest has got a fair bit of history for having a go at Rafa. Interesting thing to attack Benitez for btw, especially considering the sniveling little pleb long since sold his soul to Qatar, the mighty atom that dared to dream “On this day (December 18) in 2022 the World Cup Final will be played in the country that dared to dream. As an Englishman, nothing will give me more pride if my team is in that final. How good would that be? The country I was born in, playing for the greatest sporting prize of all, in the country I now live in and have grown to love. There are so many mis-understandings about Qatar and this part of the world. I find that most ‘experts’ on this State are those that shout the loudest and have never been here. They are on most subjects aren’t they? Crime? There isn’t any. In the five years I’ve lived here I’ve never once locked a car - or my house. Everybody has a bed. Unemployment is unheard of. Despite the best efforts of some of its neighbours to adversely affect it, the economy is buoyant. At this time of year the weather is gorgeous. And the golf is great! ‘Ah, but what about the workers?’, I hear you scream. ‘What about workers rights?’. Fair point. I’m not going to pretend that things are perfect on that front, but I can tell you that a lot has changed in that respect. Progress has sometimes been slow, but progress has been made. Sustainable change can’t happen overnight. If things are to change forever then progress has to be ‘managed’ and change has to be permanent. That’s what’s happening. ‘Ah, but they bought it’.... How many times have I heard that? One enquiry after another has cleared Qatar of any wrong doing. What has been exposed are the back stories to 2006 and 2010, but there’s never too much of a fuss made about those awards. Why not? The anger about Qatar is based on England’s failed 2018 bid, jealously and dare I say it, racism at times.” What a pathetic urchin of a man, “oh what about the slavery I hear you scream” what a punchable cunt. He follows that doozy of making light of human rights abuse up with a magic line about how the enquiries have cleared the bid of wrong doing. He goes on to say he thinks it’s going to be the best world cup ever, and no one from any other country besides England has reservations about it being in Qatar.
  6. Luke Edwards is an embarrassment.
  7. It could mean a lot of things that’s why it’s hard to read much into it. It could just be Ashley refinancing the loans, it could be them being paid off, etc. The stuff people are saying about the movement of trademarks and copyrights is interesting mind, could again be Ashley moving stuff to himself but could also be positive. I’m hoping the complete silence from both sides of the takeover is positive, but honestly I’m just going to assume the worst now to avoid being let down when it turns out all this is the fat boy ripping IP from the club and causing the bid to collapse.
  8. It’s okay I’m sure Ferdinand, Keys and co will no doubt say Ashley is class and the fans are too demanding
  9. No decent manager will come, they’ve just watched Benitez do a great job for 3 years and rather than be rewarded he was repeatedly mugged off.
  10. Spot on. They can fuck off tbh, if the club wanted him to stay he’d still be NUFC manager. His demands weren’t astronomical by any means, and were absolutely well within the means of the club.
  11. The best part is one of the first insults he’d hurl at you if he saw you looking at him would be dafty or daft cunt.
  12. This basically sums up where we are as a club at the minute. Honestly can’t be arsed with it anymore, it’s just fucking shite.
  13. Honestly man will he just fuck off. I feel at this point there just needs to be a complete boycott, if not of tickets due to the points Renton highlighted, definitely merchandise. No one should be buying the new shirt, firstly it looks utter shite but it’s just putting more money in his pocket. People should also pack in buying from SD and all his other trampy fucking shops. None of it will happen like, nothing will change, we’ll be relegated this year and he’ll let the club spend a little to be promoted and we’ll hear from the usual mugs in the press about how we expect to much and he’s shown he will back the club.
  14. Short back and Stompin, with the monkey blasting on his phone, and a fake Burberry polo shirt wrapped around his waist.
  15. I genuinely don’t see what pretending he wants to sell brings to him. As Rayvin has said they haven’t blamed the takeover for why there wasn’t a deal reached with Benitez, nor have they blamed it for any lack of signings. The decisions being made, or lack there of, will result in relegation this season. I don’t see why he’d do this in some weird attempt to keep the support quiet, generally the support will be quiet at this time anyway. I’m also not having it that he’s doing this to keep season ticket sales up, they already signed up a while ago and realistically if he’d just outwardly been a cunt, rejected the bid, and got rid of Rafa would there have been much more reaction from the fans than there is now with regard to cancellations? I’m not saying I think the takeover is going to happen, I just don’t see what he’d gain from pretending he was interested in selling.

    Ashley Out

Thank you, also thanks for admitting you had little time for us, we don’t need people patronizing us and pretending we are a club widely loved by other sets of supporters. Admittedly I don’t like your club, but that’s football and this isn’t a football issue as you’ve hinted at. I’ve said this before somewhere but the people who support and defend Mike Ashley can’t call themselves real fans of football. I exclude only the mackems, but they are a fan base that supports men grooming children so the less said about them the better. The moment a pundit defends him I lose every ounce of respect I had for them, regardless of what they have done in the game. This is all because men like Ashley are a threat to the game we love, or now in the case of many Newcastle fans loved. He has no desire, and no interest in allowing the club to rise anywhere above 17th, in fact given the choice he’d rather avoid the actual football piece all together if it was possible. Football was a sport I absolutely loved, but to be frank my interest in the game has decreased to apathy. I barely even cheer Newcastle goals anymore, and if I’m not able to watch the match I’m not desperate to check the score on my phone, in fact there have been times I’ve forgotten we were even playing. It should be a warning to other fan bases, but many continually defend Ashley past the point of simply taking the piss. I’ve seen it even stated Rafa has spent £200m so should be happy, completely disregarding all of the talent that walked out the door to fund that amount, also disregarding the rigid rules for who he could and couldn’t bring in as replacements which severely hindered any chance to adequately replace those departing players, let alone improve on them. To see reporters like Luke Edwards support Mike Ashley, and then play it off like ‘we have to be fair to both sides’ just to drive controversy and clicks in a moment like this sums up the position the game finds itself in. We’ll one day get rid of this parasite, hopefully sooner rather than later, but with the money in the game there will be plenty out there like him that see opportunity to bleed these clubs revenue streams while asset stripping at the same time.
  17. Should we just lock this thread now, or are we all going to pretend there’s a chance we’ll sign any decent players?
  18. Exactly, if only we had a manager that could have players performing above and beyond their ability which would mean any offer for them was inflated..... What a complete and utter fucking shambles. Going back to the ‘model’ that brought us two relegations, it makes it even worse that they don’t even fully commit to it as well.
  19. Aye, they’ll be full of the ‘Rafas decision caught us unaware’ type of nonsense. Sad but utterly predictable news, I didn’t think Rafa would be staying short of a takeover. It could go through and Rafa could come back but Ashley will more than likely fuck that up as well. It’s actions (or in this case non action) like this that make me seriously doubt Ashley’s intelligence, if he kept Rafa and gave him the perfectly acceptable terms he was likely asking for we’d comfortably survive relegation. In comparison any manager we bring in would have to spend two or even three times whatever Rafa wanted to have this team surviving, as the players we have will regress to their actual ability. No doubt this coming third relegation will be the fans fault?
  20. Going to the Bridges and strutting around outside Poundlands flagship store in it.
  21. Spot on, the bloke is a complete and utter bore. He’s trying to argue it as if we only have limited information in which case we have to be ‘fair’ to both sides and put some blame on Rafa, where it falls down is that we have 12 years of evidence of Ashley being a complete cunt, including courtroom evidence that him and his hangers on have misled people. He’s farming for clicks just like the Ronny Gill lot. The dour cunt.
  22. Puma are crap in general as well. The leaked Man City effort is lifting, I guess they’re paying a fortune so maybe it’s enough over their Nike deal to counteract what would be a potential decrease in sales due to how dog shit it is. I say potential as I think there’s a chance a lot of the buyers abroad will be influenced by how it looks as to whether they will buy Man City or PSG/Juve/Barca/Athleti/Madrid etc kits.
