I've got Shure E2Cs which I've had a few times now. Really, really good quality earphones and the noise cancellation works a treat (necessary when getting the bus through Byker every morning). Also it's a slightly cheaper option compared to other Shure ones, depends how much you want to pay though. My only criticism with that particular model is that the wires inside sometimes get a bit mangled so you lose sound, I don't care for mine particuarly well though so that probably doesn't help.

A group from my work were going to arrange a trip. I was bang up for it as I'd just watched a documentary about Everest but backed out when I heard how quickly they intended to do it.

For the purposes of research I have just tried another squirt and I have established that the BBQ bit is the part I dislike.. fairly obvious given I don't like BBQ sauce. Quite like that spicy aftertaste though. The dude's a legend though. That's one of my favourite episodes of Dragons' Den.

That sauce is fucking rancid like. Got a bottle rotting in my fridge if anyone wants it.. almost full, only one squirt gone.

I thought series 2 was good but it took me a while to get into it as it seemed slow moving at first, though that may be because I'd only watched the odd episode with large breaks in between. I'd watched up to halfway through episode 6 before today and watched the rest back to back this morning/afternoon and ended up enjoying how it panned out.
