Oh yes. Sunday afternoon/evening omnibus --> productivity = zero. This too. Think I've seen them all now, mind. Perversely, it's made me a little bit less scared to fly. Speaking of which, why the fuck are you watching it, given how much you hate getting on a plane? I was doing my usual Sunday afternoon cabbaging on the sofa in front of the TV and fell asleep, woke up and some big bastard Boeing was hurtling out of the sky. Ended up watching the full series. I was hoping it might make me less scared, through understanding it a little bit more.. but no. Last time I flew there was a strange noise from beneath (not me shitting myself, but that nearly followed) and I convinced myself a crucial cargo door had opened or something. As if I wasn't concerned enough that I'd only been able to check one side of the plan for sellotape that had been left on!

Definitely Masterchef (or the celeb version) and Come Dine With Me. I really like the cheesy documentary style shows you get on National Geographic etc. Like where they have a full day of Air Crash Investigation or Bible Uncovered, or stuff about the middle ages.

Lass from work went there last year for her 30th on a similar deal and couldn't stop raving about it for months. She's booked up to go back. Me = A festival, or a city break if I'm lucky/acquire some money from somewhere.

Prince Harry apologises over 'Paki' video

Good job he never said anything really offensive like Ahmed Poppadom otherwise he'd have to join the Pakistani army for a bit to make up for it. -
Blatantly some professional skills course/licence to print money from BPP or the like. Joy! Actually it's a wines & spirits exam.

Train tickets and hotel for London in February as I have to go for an exam.

That's a right bastard 2J, sorry to hear it.

I'm very unsure what to make of this thread.

Seconded. Khans on Heaton Road is the same. More of a restaurant (again you take your own drink) but I think they do takeaways as well. Back to Takeaways proper, you've also got Red Hot Chilli just a couple of doors down from Cafe Spice which is dead nice as well. Red Hot Chilli is alright for curry, don't EVER get a pizza from there though, I had one the other day and fair enough it was called a Mexican Hot Shot but it was essentially a pizza base and a million chilli seeds. Absolutely rank. I've never tried that Khans like, might have to venture over..

Must remember to print this off in large text and place at various locations around our household.

Aye I remember those. I might just be mental too though. I used to love the smell of crispy pancakes from there. (That's the factory specifically, not Longbenton)

Football supporters perceptions of home advantage

Done. Far too repetitive in that longer section. -
I was going to go to the West Brom game, but don't think I'll bother now I've seen the price. I'm bad luck at away games anyway so it's probably for the best.

My stepsister is a Forest fan, they're already going mental at the thought.

And then limp off again 20 minutes later.

Where abouts is that on Chilli Rd? Only know of Manhattan Pizza and Pizz Hut Next to Red Hot Chilli, another Indians (they suck you in with a discount card and I'm sure I'm due my free meal but it hasn't materialised so I'm boycotting). Closer towards The Chillingham Pub than Manhattan (only good if you want pizza at 3am) and Pizza Hut (overpriced). The shop where Pizza Pizza is used to be something else but can I fuck remember what it was. Just up from Bengal, I know it, will give it a go, 2 minutes from mine as well. Go midweek and collect, £2.50 for any 10" and £2.90 for any 12" (there's probably a joke in there somewhere) as well as similar offers on bigger pizzas. Decent for the price. I've not been to the Bengal one yet, despite having tried just about everything else in the Heaton area. I really need to learn to cook.

Indian - Cafe Spice, Chilli Road. If you eat in you can take your own drink. Pizza - Pizza Pizza, Chilli Road. Best to collect due to the ridiculously low midweek prices. Chinese - Fortunes, Wallsend somewhere. Best hot & sour soup ever.

As it stands today I agree with you, the proof for me will be if that statement holds up come 6th February. If those "shitter" teams invest wisely then they may just turn their season round. If we do the opposite (which I think is a distinct possibility) then we could be fooked. Agree with both of these. I hate having to rely on transfer window movement, but we really are.

Immense tune there Jimbo. In a similar vein, Pearl Jam - I am Mine (acoustic)

Gotta echo the general sentiment.. gutted, but I can't blame the lad. What a fucking mess.

How the fuck do I do a music quiz on an almost weekly basis? I've barely heard of anything in this thread.

Karma will get you in the end.... fuckin' lay about. I'm on my deathbed man, would've pulled a sicky anyway if I was meant to be in.

I bet it's quiet in my office as there's only a couple of people in. I'm not one of them though.
