Really sorry to hear that Stephen, pleased your family are all okay though. Thinking of you

I'd give her the best 20 seconds of her life.

The Dark Knight Poo IMO.

I love Jimbo, never heard it for years either.

I'm being positive and voting for staying up by the skin of our teeth. Got a growing feeling of dread though that it could be our year to go down.

Most of my mates did the same as you, usually when i start watching something though no matter how much it pisses me off i have to see it through, its a disease :| Tbf I did something similar with Dexter, forced myself through the second series even though I was losing interest and ended up really liking the third series. Just been having a browse through the Lost stuff on Wikipedia.. how confusing please. Dexter is absolute quality, did you not enjoy the crack when Doakes found out Dexter was the killer? The more i read on Lost the more confused i get, theres a whole forum about it that i found on tv.com, theres some real eggheads getting into the debate about climate changes and seismic shifts and such, thats when you know your getting in too deep Aye I ended up really enjoying Dexter, for some reason though I found the second series a struggle to sit down and watch.. glad I did though.

That'd be the Curry Capital, formerly the Rupali. It's not the same without His Lordship in situ, but his son's doing a decent job of keeping it going. Cheers mate, just couldnt remember that name! Great food and the staff have good patter aswell, might go there after the derby on sunday Probably see you there, we always seem to end up there after a day on the lash.

A heavy, embarrassing defeat. I keep forgetting we're playing, I'm clearly too traumatised to think about it.

There was an alright sports themed bar near the Temple Bar area (I think, woman's sense of direction remember), that was decent for football. Nice place, be prepared to spend a fortune though. Oh and Charlies II (chinese) FTW re late night food.

Oh god I need to learn to cook. Watching all these episodes of Masterchef are making me feel very inferior.

Well done for making a difficult decision. I'm not a cat lover but my cousin's died not long ago and it was really, really weird going round there and not having the cat about. RIP Millie.

Footballers who are still playing when should be dead
Jill replied to MJD's topic in Newcastle Forum
NO. He should always play. ALWAYS. -
The drinking before and after a match is not compulsory. Pisshead. Just to keep the cold out.

No. I don't get paid until Monday and it's my Gran's birthday so I'm already going out for a meal after work, and the match on top of that (including the required pre/post drinks) is too much.
