I had a gait assessment when I got my trainers and they've been spot on, always used to get injuries before. Did feel like a tit running on a treadmill in Fenwicks like.
-
Awful, really sorry to hear that.

My training doesn't seem to have involved a great deal of running mind. Pretty much going to wing it. Aye, much the same. No booze and plenty of pasta and veg all week, and beyond that. What starting zone are you in? I'm in G, which should be far enough back to avoid the psychological hammer blow of being passed by thousands of people before we get to Gateshead Stadium. The divvy section, K. At least I'll have the fancy dress brigade to entertain me while I wait hours to even cross the starting line.

Yellowbrickroad. Started out ok then randomly went really shit. Turned it off in the end to stick BB on as a friend of someone I know was going in and didn't bother putting it back on.

I was gutted when my Creative Zen something or other eventually packed in as it had been totally battered up until then. Looking forward to a quiet day/night today. Gym in a bit when it opens then I'll relax for the rest of the day.

Been the same weight for around a month now which I'm pretty pleased about as I was worried about maintaining it.

Four Lions - I enjoyed it but thought it'd be a lot funnier based on what other people had said. Due Date - Awful, switched it off halfway through.

Hope you and the missus are ok Craig. What scummers to do something like that.

Same, it was my life ambition to run off with a load of gypsies. The only thing that put me off was when my mam told me they all have dirt under their fingernails as I've never been able to bear that.

Metronomy were canny at Reading, didn't know much about them before then.

Kindle: Amazon's Well-Established Wireless Reading Device

Been using the Kindle thing on the Touchpad lately and I'm completely addicted, going to end up spending a fortune. -
On anything else it is, it's perfect on bacon, tomato sauce ruins it. Nee way. A part of me dies every time I see a beautiful bacon sandwich getting smothered in brown sauce.

Back Rind off Unsmoked Grilled Well done Bun Loads of butter Ketchup. Brown sauce is fucking disgusting. I hardly ever make them like as I hate using the grill and only buy sliced wholemeal bread which is the worst possible bread for a bacon sarnie.

Half good, half meh. Just getting sorted to head to Reading Festival tomorrow and I hate all the packing and travelling. I'll have a good time once I'm there, tinny in hand, but all the bit leading up is just rubbish.

Can you still get Luncheon Vouchers? I never knew what they were but used to see places that accepted them as a kid. I used to get £3 a month - double at Christmas - with my pay packet until a couple of years ago when everyone who still had that in their contract got a one off payment (£50 or something). Hardly anywhere would take them but Wetherspoons did so I always saved them up for a free breakfast or beer & burger, usually before away trips.

I did feel a bit bad, but I had to convey just how boring my life is in terms of food.

I've been down that way a few times recently but not to the Ship. I had also heard whispers that it had closed though, shame.

My tea is usually meat/fish and a selection of veg & potato which doesn't really work too well the next day. I do bring leftovers if I make chilli or pasta but usually tend to do those over the weekend anyway. Can never be arsed to make anything "nice" during the week. I do perve on other peoples lunches a bit though if they have something that smells amazing when warmed up. Generally, food brought to work is: 2 pieces of fruit (snacks), sandwich/wrap & a yoghurt. Boring as.

I went on one of them a few years back - Quay to Sea, it was called. Really nice.

Should drink in Rosie's, Duelling Banjos gets an airing on the jukebox at least 6 times a day.
