  1. Great show from the toon for 70 minutes. Anyone that denies it should ask Gemmill if they can stay in the back room. Massive massive plusses. It was a very tactical game, one in which there was only one team in it till last 20. We got the goal, then it was all them, but here we'll sort this out. So happy today.
  2. Just reading a WBA forum from 3 years ago, asking people from toontastic what they thought the score would be in the upcoming match. I was right as it goes, but read the comments THREE YEARS AGO. Especially from Howay. Very little has changed at the back and it would exactly reflect my prediction for Sunday based on the same grounds. http://westbrom.com/forum/index.php?topic=9535.110 And finally, score predictions. Brock Manson: 2-0 Newcastle because I'm still bitter about the Reading game (home town club) McFaul: 2-1 to the toon. Will be a shite game imo. Howay: If we turn up I can see us winning 2-1, without Colocinni in the side I'd fear another rout from Williamson + Taylor being hopeless against quick counters

  4. The funniest one for Hale & Pace was when the fat cunt with the moustache, is working as a holiday TV show host in Spain. His patter and drunkeness is legendary.
  5. True as well. Got a few hours to waste, and this thread should be about predictions. Most years when we've done these I've got most things right. Here ye are: Premier League 1) Man City 2) Chelsea 3) Arsenal 4) Man Utd 5) Liverpool 6) Stoke 7) Tottenham 8) Newcastle 9) West Ham 10) Southampton 11) Crystal Palace 12) Swansea 13) Everton 14) WBA 15) Leicester 16) Watford 17) Sunderland 18) Aston Villa 19) Norwich 20) Bournemouth Championship Boro Brentford Leeds FA Cup: Chelsea League Cup: Man City Champions League: FC Bayern Europa League: BVB
  6. as if there was any doubt. Him spending £33m is like Hitler allowing 500 jews to sneak back in to Eastern Europe but killing 6m.
  7. http://www.onlinearsenal.com/showthread.php?4580-Semi-briefs(tickets) http://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/threads/stretford-roll-call-and-the-forecourt.236459/page-2 http://www.theguardian.com/football/2002/nov/17/championsleague.sport7 Tickets are briefs or bits, the latter being the general term for any commodity or unit of gear up for sale etc etc etc
  8. Have these been released on your board yet?
  9. Just sorted our briefs out for Southampton. No one seems to be saying we'll win. I think we will, they're not shite, but they're more than beatable. Hope he starts with the three new boys, an opening day hattrick for Mitrovic. Losing Schneiderlain will be a massive hit in the heart for the saints, he was their best player for 3 years and now I guarantee that will hurt them and how many points they get. Lost me fatha this year and I had a dream last week with him saying we'd win 2-1, so that's what I'm hoping for.
  10. Heddon on the Wall is 9 miles from the city centre, but still Newcastle upon Tyne. Wallsend 4 and sadly classed as North Tyneside. To be fair it has Tyneside's best beggar Wallsend, some black bloke with 14 teeth missing. Funny as fuck him.
  11. I'd rather have Dummett full time than Haidara. One of Graham Carr's bad episodes. There's people on here I can imagine as shite footballers just by their patter. Gemmill being one and I bet his touch is no worse than Haidara's a lot of the time.
  12. We both know Newcastle means you're 100% geordie. Everywhere else 50-85%
  13. South Shields is every bit as geordie as your Forest Hall's, North Tyneside's etc where certain chumps live
  14. There was only about 120 krauts. Ended up in the casino too. Too well behaved for me like.
  15. Even out of position he absolutely oozed quality. He'll be at Chelsea in 3 years guaranteed.
  16. I turned oot and in general I was pleased with the performance. Better finishing would've seen a fair scoreline. Taylor was incredibly shite, the defence is a major concern, Haidara abysmal, but the midfield was very good.
  17. 1 Spent the whole day in Edinburgh yesterday 2 Climbed Arthurs Seat, was sweating like that fat 65st bloke who snuffed it 3 I'm in a chemo week and only have three months left before its over 4 I'm going to the match on Saturday 5 I've had 3 pints in 18 days
  18. Six years today now Sir Bobby has been gone. He was an amazing inspirational man, who repaired a club ripped apart by Dalglish and Gullit. In modern life there are far too many people classed as "Legends", this man wasn't just a local legend though, he was a national legend. He is the best human representation I can think of for the North East of England, dignified, honest, funny, legendary. RIP SBR.
  19. Shots: York 4 Newcastle 30 Goals: York 2 Newcastle 1 Something staggeringly freakish?
