He is good but not 15mil good. Then again its just another case of over inflated english player prices isnt it? We will NEVER pay that for a LB, probably not for any player actually.

Very pleased with the results, slightly concerned at our lack of creativity and fire power upfront. But we all knew that anyway. Marveaux and Ba getting upto speed will be a boost and will give us options and then we have the soopa barfa to come back end of next month. I'd say with all of them fit and on form we DO have a very strong attacking unit along with an already evidentally strong defence, which again will only get stronger with a new LB. A new striker, a new LB and players coming back to fitness, a good team spirit and tenacity about us.....things are looking good.

Everywhere has said he can either play left wing or off the striker. Nothing about him being able to operate on the right. Watching some of hit YouTube videos and he seemed to come in from the right quite a bit.

Shame if he doesnt because from what i'd seen of him he looked decent. Could see some ability in him. But they get to see what he's like in training dont they. Think you'll be fairly close with that like. Maybe swap Kadar with Colo Obertan with Tiote with Gosling on the right and Lovenkrands with Ba Thats the team I reckon he'd probably go with, be good to see some of the youngins getting a game Im one who thinks rest all 1st team starters and give squad players and youth a go. Always have a few on the bench just to change the game late on though. Gives the lads outside the 1st team to make a mark and push themselves closer. Competition for places is healthy. Also protects our more important players. The FA Cup however is a different matter completely. All guns blazing for that one i hope!

Considering shooting from distance is one of his greatest assets, I'm expecting some goals once he's settled... can't wait This! 5+ from him i hope and fair few assists. When he's settled then. He for me is alot like Rob Lee and can turn out to be an even better player once adapted to the PL. He's showed promise, hard worker, tough, likes to get on the ball and shift it and has a good strike.

Barton should be playing RM for us instead of Obertan. Obertan looks handy, quick and works hard but so far not shown he has a final ball in him.

Today showed that the team spirit IS there, they faught for each other and worked hard. I did! Its a nice feeling, four points from Arsenal and home (we could of won) and the scum away. Was quality today. People say alot about Jonas's lck of final ball but to me he gives s something other wingers dont. He is a genuine threat when running at defences, he has nice feet and is always positive. But itshis work ethic for the team which ismost important. He relieves pressure when he comes deep, wins the ball and carrys it 40 yards.
