  1. Just going to focus on this, instead of football. https://www.cubeslam.com
  2. Which they now deny releasing (according to Craig Hope)
  3. He has to go, he's clearly lost the fans, he appears to have lost the players, and with his selections it's evident he's lost the plot. We've 10 games to survive (which is appalling given the quality in the squad and the suggested aims at the beginning of the season) now's the time to bring in a steady hand like Moyes or whomever. Yeah, but he's not going, is he? Ashley has never made a sound managerial appointment deliberately and he's never made a decision in a timely fashion. I just don't get why a man who, on the face of things, seems to be an honourable man wouldn't resign? If the normally taciturn Match of the Day pundits are saying you're not a manager, I think it's time to hang up the clipboard. Christ, he's widely respected as an excellent coach, a great No2, why wouldn't you just be that? Be the best fucking Assistant manager in the league? I'd rather be loved for my limited success than hated for my failure. fwiw I can't see us surviving if he's not gone before Leicester.
  4. Poor choice of words, old bean.
  5. It's only mic technique I've any say over. The tech stuff is done by the company. Oh and there's no editing
  6. Lose lose for me. Win & McClaren stays, Lose & even if McClaren is fired, we're another fixture into trouble.
  7. Mignolet is a worse 'keeper than Elliott. Danny Simpson is definitely worse than Janmaat.
  8. Friday afternoon is a bit dull Got to have played 10 games so far this season Keeper Right Back Centre Back Centre Back Left Back Right Wing Centre Mid Centre MId Left Wing Striker Striker Obviously it's worst in terms of talent, not who's the biggest twat. GO!
  9. You just fucking asked, you massive gobshite!
  10. Near to it. 1/2 way between Blyth & Whitley Bay
  11. Guarantee it's a money decision. Ashley either wanted more for hosting the national team, or can make more money by letting the ground for different events around the same time.
  12. Not really, Mam is from South East London and speaks Queen's English, Dad's from Glasgow but has lived away from there for 60 odd years. Never call her Mam to her face either, it's always Mum. Seaton Sluice isn't exactly Wallsend either. I get a bit of an accent when I come back up and spend time with my mates, but it's never what you'd call broad. It also comes back when I'm in Yorkshire
  13. By "Posh" do you mean "doesn't have a Geordie accent anymore"? I wouldn't say I was posh, and neither would my footmen.

  15. If anyone's got ideas on how to improve it, I'm happy to hear them, honestly. End of the day it's 3 London based Newcastle fans who do it for nothing. We're all pretty busy so we've never really sat down and made a plan, or really considered the show's structure. I appreciate this will open the door to a daunting amount of abuse and ridicule, but I'm hoping for maybe one nugget of gold in amongst the gargantuan torrent of bullshit.
  16. Yeah, that's what I'm taking from it too. The guy he wants people to play it for 3hrs straight to get a feel for it. But I'm sure that after I've traveled to my 20th planet, named my 100th beastie and improved my ship a bit I'll be fairly bored of planet hopping and fauna cataloging.
  17. Pretty confident we'll win, but we follow this "easier" home game with an away trip to the league leaders where we'll likely be on the receiving end of a demoralising humping. Maybe only 3 goal margin, but the gulf in quality and application will be vast and depressing.
  18. Wonder how they're going to spin that. I mean, it's fine calling Johnson a liar, he's a convicted nonce, they can't exactly publicly call the police liars.
  19. Yeah, not a lot of Geordie accents going on I'm afraid. Fergus Craig lived in Newcastle until he was 12/13 then moved South. (His Mam and Dad genuinely joined a cult) My accent has never been strong and has only weakened over time. Paul Doolan grew up in East Anglia (or Lincoln I think?) but has actual proper blood ties to the club; His ancestor scored the club's first league goal. Charlie Hunter is American gobshite. I've no idea why he supports Newcastle. At least when Luke Benson is on the podcast he's got a proper Geordie accent.
  20. Could this encourage the portly prick to sell up?
