I don't follow? Surely video refs are there for binary decisions like goal/no goal, out of bounds/in bounds, onside/offside? Judgement calls like fouls, and what have you will still be based on the referees assessment of the incident?

I mean, of course he likens Steve Parish and himself to Robert De Niro and Al Pacino in a classic movie, of course he does. But also, look at him highlighting leftback as the position he wanted more strength in. and no one is surprised that he complains that the medical staff protect the players too much Good comment as well. -

Just get straight to sleep man. Try some valerian root just beforehand as well. Worked a treat for me. I used to live in a house with 4 other people, on a main road, in London and yet when I started having a drop of that stuff in a glass of water I slept like a fucking log.

Fair dos, I remember those days. Do you go straight to sleep after your shift, or a stay up for a bit? Lads I worked with would stay up for a few hours, watching a few episodes of something or whatever. I was already half asleep by the time my key found the lock.

I don't think he'll be content building a side that loses every week. But I don't think Gylfi Sigurdsson would choose newly promoted Newcastle United over established top half Stoke. I mean, obvious such an out-there opinion is hugely controversial, so I can understand your opprobrium.
