  1. That's not being open minded, that's swapping one opinion for another, then blindly sticking to the new paradigm. It's like swapping Christianity for Islam. You're still believing one thing and dismissing the other. Trouble is, there are centuries of the greatest minds of humanity, evidence that stands on one side of the argument and you and you alone on the other. Those great minds have had their works poured over, picked apart, tested, refuted and improved upon. You have no works, have no experiments, have no evidence, have nothing, in fact, other than your assertion that you're railing against the herd-think.
  2. So, you understand them, but you're too closed minded to accept them because it flies in the face of your baseless hypothesis?
  3. Incandescent Santa Sleigh It all stacks up.
  4. I know that exists because I've seen it with my own eyes.
  5. Do you understand my childlike analogy and Parky's less ridiculous explanation?
  6. a How could I watch it when it doesn't exist?
  7. Because you're fundamentally (and perhaps deliberately/) misunderstanding it. I'll try a childlike analogy and those who understand the nature of gravity better than I, can tell me I'm wrong or whatever; I'm striding down the street like a boss, a weakling tries to stop my progress by grabbing my jumper. He's not strong enough to tear the jumper, nor slow my progress because I'm basically an adonis, but the jumper stretches.
  8. Because a great deal of pilots have flown sufficiently high to witness the curvature of the earth with their own two eyes. But I guess they're just in on the grand conspiracy, right?
  9. No Wolfy I don't believe it exists because I haven't experienced it for myself and my staggering arrogance on this makes me a freethinker, and not a sheeple.
  10. Literally just noticed your title is "Total Tiki Twat"
  11. It's lizards really. I mean logically, if you think about it, it's lizards.
  12. That for people who take great delight in telling all that they're not fooled by the veil drawn over us, they're sure seem happy to ignore that great big veil that's being drawn over them. It would be like a metal detectorist coming home after wandering around a field for days to bore the lads in the pub with tales of his "search for treasure" with his detector switched off the whole time.
  13. No, that's not true. You're making claims with no evidence, nor any interest of getting evidence, and dismiss scrutiny of your claims. They're making claims, providing evidence and accepting criticism and scrutiny of their claims.
  14. You've missed the point.
  15. It's canny, but like everyone else the sponsor jars a bit for me. Craig's black logo looks tiptop, but there's no chance they'd change the colour of their own logo. Wonder when we'll find out how much we're actually getting, because I'd be shocked if it was £90m!
  16. Specifically a bloke in a nice suit throwing up on his shoes in a bus stop with a flickering strip light and a broken advertising frame, in October at around 03:30.
  17. This is honestly like an episode of Family Guy.
  18. He will never, ever, give a real answer to this simple question. "I don't pretend to have all the answers", "I'm just theorising", because he hasn't got a fucking clue.
  19. Oh good. This Guy. I guess one my biggest issues with Conspiracy theorists is that there are real, honesty to goodness groups of machiavellian powerbrokers and schemers who who genuinely don't have anything but the acquisition and retention of power, and rather than uncovering and exposing these corrupting influences, thousands of people put their collective resources into trying to "prove" the world isn't a globe. What a collossal waste of time and effort
  20. What's the avg finish for Champions, 2nd and Play off from the Championship in their 1st season back though?
  21. it's not the worst we've had and it's certainly not the best. I honestly think I'd have preferred a square of indecipherable Chinese characters, like Swansea's.
  22. Maguire from Hull, Clayton from Boro maybe? They've certainly got a couple of players each that are better than their league position Can't think of many from Sunderland. Defoe is quality but won't come here when West Ham are interested and isn't mobile enough for Rafa's style, Pickford similarly wouldn't join us, 'keeper isn't really a priority and he'll be grossly over-priced.
