Fair points, but that's an awfully big chunk of money for Defoe that you'll never see again. I mean, Riviere and Mitrovic were bought and despite the former's failure we'll still probably get some money back for him. I'm not as harsh on Mitrovic as a big portion of the fanbase so I'd not be surprised if he does ok in the Premier League or we get a big chunk of our money back. Just think there are better options for Bournemouth out there who would be on smaller wages and while they'd come with a transfer fee, there's an opportunity to reclaim some of that from a future sale.

Wolfy seems to think that if any of the official story is suspect (the 9/11 atrocity e.g.) all of the official story must be suspect. It seems that he believes if the masses believe thousands of innocent victims died, the masses also must believe the official story about the agents of that atrocity. He seems to believe that if you agree the world is a globe, that gravity exists, that space is real, you're only doing so because you haven't challenged the status quo. Now, I'm fairly certain the overwhelming majority of us on here were right ornery shits at school. Challenging the teachers, seeking knowledge for ourselves and when all evidence (empirical and otherwise) supports the claims, we have the wherewithal to accept the reasoning for that particular instance. E.G. Parky has often spoken about chemtrails and the dangers of them, he's no doubt researched it, read conflicting reports, put the two sides together with his own interpretation and come up with his own answer. Most (if not all) of the rest of us thinks that's lunacy. He has, however, put his case across with clarity (on the whole), with articles, with videos, with argument, all of which stand up to scrutiny (to a point for me). We all question the official line, some more than others, so the arrogance to say we're blindly following while you're some kind of free thinker is staggering, and then to have nothing to back it up with is horseshit.

He'd be a hugely risky appointment for a club of their size. He should do what Nolan's done. Small club, low expectations, so if he flops his long term ambitions aren't banjaxed. If Phillips goes from Assistant Manager at Derby to manager of Sunderland that's a hell of a step up. Huge pressure, anything less than promotion is a bad season for them. Allardyce would be perfect, but I can't imagine he'd go back when they're so publicly fucked. -
Just think 3yrs is a risk. He's been decent for Sunderland, but hasn't scored much since his England call up. He's not a Big Lump who you bring on to close out a game, he's a poacher. Much like the T-Rex's vision, his game's based on movement. One hamstring injury, one turned ankle will have him out the game for a while and he'll be poorer on his return, and both of those injuries are more likely now he's basically an old man.

Yeah it's getting boring now. He's not creative enough with his wummery.

You think he's got 3 seasons left in him?

With 1yr left on his contract, I wonder how much Barkley will eventually go for? -
All this criticism seems fair enough, but it's definitely not going to be his fault.

If he goes back to Sunderland he'll get a hero's welcome and likely get them up at the first time of asking. His Plan A works very well in that league with the right players. -
The person claiming he never bets, but stuck a tenner on Terry being subbed off in the 26th minute, is full of shit.

Gravity is weak or strong depending on mass, distance and force. (I think) Which makes sense just like the visible effects of an electromagnet are shown to be weak or strong depending on the magnet's mass, distance and factor.

http://www.football365.com/news/premier-league-hall-of-shame-sunderland They've done one for the other clubs as well.

Not today dickhead.

Atmosphere is already weird in the office. Receptionist said "don't expect it to happen here". Teenage girls man.

That's what I reckon. Explains why he didn't take compensation as well. Apparently a few of their players refused to play against Chelsea, Kone was specifically mentioned. Three were injured, weren't they? Kone, Ndong and Defoe? So, they're off. I'd expect Pickford to go too. Leaves them with a pretty shit squad and if Moyes has been told the cupboards are bare, he's probably thought "fuck this", but not "fuck you".

Don't be daft, there'll be a queue of top top managers wanting to take over a threadbare squad shorn of quality, and little money to strengthen. I hear Simeone is a Massive Lads Fan. -
Took no Compensation. Agent Moyes leaves with his reputation intact imo

Yes I do. I understand that heat doesn't just dissipate through convection, but conduction and radiation. It's the latter that allows things to cool in space. I also understand orbits. It makes perfect sense.
-
And Richard Keys. Still.

You don't understand orbits or that heat will dissipate in a near vacuum. But that's ok.
