  1. Ring fencing the NHS, Rolling back austerity, enforcing corporation tax laws, changing sentencing for hate crimes. None are extreme left propositions, or particularly exciting now, but wait a few years.
  2. So, don't make them bland. Also, those 18yr olds will be 23. Hopefully with jobs, and responsibilities. They might be more amenable to less radical proposals. And to be honest, in 5 yrs time what we consider middle of the road, may seem radical.
  3. Just because fuck-ups fucked it up once, doesn't mean it's a bad idea. If CT makes you dinner, it's not the recipe that's a bad idea, it's the fact you've asked a moron to do it.
  4. You Politicos might be able to tell me, Would now be a good time for the birth of a new, truly centrist party?Tories have shifted to their right, Labour will be considered far left (even after Corbyn goes, surely?) Lib Dems remain a joke, so would a new party be able to occupy that gaping hole between them?
  5. Brexit. I moved to Cheadle and have contributed to making that race a contest, at least.
  6. Who were the candidates? (cba to google)
  7. Yep, this is what's maddening. This shit show was the most vulnerable Tory leadership I've seen in fucking ages and nobody laced up their gloves, let alone managed to land a punch. Imagine what Blair would have done to Gove and Johnson. Or Ed Milliband. Or a Sock Puppet on the hand of child?
  8. Both Parties were leave because Corbyn was leave and his cult wouldn't allow dissent.
  9. I don't believe that, I think a competent opposition would have been able to frame that conversation far better.
  10. Genuinely just hoping that where I live has gone for Lib Dems, but I'm not confident. Labour fucked this from the off, any competent oppositon could have strung these ex-Etonians up by their ham covered nutsacks. Strong position on BRexit. Strong action on rumours of antisemitism. It's not fucking rocket science. I know I shouldn't but I honestly hope every little Englander gets utterly fucked by Brexit. Job goes oversees, beneifts slashed, evicted and beaten up by gangs of roaming racists who mistake the grime on their face for a tan. Thick cunts.
  11. Is that when she's got the painters in?
  12. Dan wasn't wrong, I did need a few tissues
  13. I mean, sure I might have him do the lawn or something but I'd still give him a scratchcard for christmas.

Either do as ewerk says and list the initials of the employees vertically, Or if you need to have it horizontal use a vlookup like so; If AB has multiple entries, you might want to use a pivot table

... what exactly are you trying to return? just the number of days worked by each employee?
  16. We're going to need to get the windows at the back done as they're not double glazing. The Mrs said she'd phoned round a few big companies and someone would pop round to give us a no obligation quote. Safe to say I told her she's out of her goddamn mind. We'll use a local firm for local people.
  17. So, could a season ticket holder get a free ticket for "his mate", wait until he's received it, then cancel his direct debit and use "his mate"'s free 1/2 season ticket instead?
  18. Hang on, if you owe this guy roughly that amount, is he dishonest by not complaining that you've paid him roughly what you owe him?

Still not 100% what you're after, but if it's simply how many days AB has worked like Gloom says, either rearrange your 2nd table so it's a list and copy the formula across from the total Days column, orrrrrr just use a vlookup So say you've got those tables side by side and "Action By" is in cell A1 it would look like; =vlookup(F2,A1:D5,4,False) F2 is your reference, in this case "AB" in the second table A1:D5 is where you're looking, in this case the 1st table 4 is the column you want the number returned from, in this case "Total Days" False is the range your willing to accept, but because you're looking for AB and not any other variation on that type False =vlookup(What I'm looking for, where I'm looking, which column, this thing specifically) If you're copying this formula into more columns lock the range you're looking in by putting a $ before the letter and before the number like so -> $A$1:$D$5 You could use match index, but vlookups are fine for now. if this sin't what yo're after, you'll have to explain better.
  20. Oh, he's one of them? Must admit I've not really noticed him that much. That toonraider mackem is less subtle.
  21. We gave the worst team to ever grace the Premier League 4 of their 9pt haul for the season. Towards the end of last season we were quite enjoyable to watch, even for the neutral, I thought. Must admit I took a perverse pleasure from watching us deny much better opposition by being well drilled. But, this isn't that. This is a good 'keeper, good fortune and good individuals.
  22. I'm not. Thing is, if Joelinton isn't a targetman (he isn't) why the fuck is Bruce playing him like he is? Why aren't we playing a 5 at the back system that doesn't isolate Joelinton? Given he's our £40m striker, why aren't we playing a system that gets more out of him? It's not a bad thing to have goal scorers from all positions, of course iti sn't. But we don't .There's a significant lack of goals from the forward positions. The ones who's fucking job it is.
