To be fair, this would have gone through no problem if the Saudi state hadn't been pirating the broadcast in the first place. Or if they'd done enough to reassure the PL that they'd got a handle on it. Or if they'd not banned BEIN from broadcasting in Saudi Arabia in the middle of the takeover. PL definitely the servant of a few masters here, but the buying side have been a bit of a shitshow themselves. Now we wait for Mauriss/Kenyon/BZG/Orleggi/Moat just in time for the January window. -
Aye it's not like they're going to open out onto Lake Como or owt. It's a toss up between money and earache.

No free Calippo for you, ya bellend.

It does. Don't worry about that. Mrs Fish wants an island, and black steel bifold doors going the width of the house, plus a range cooker and a big american style fridge freezer. Think she might have to lower her ambitions. She's already done it once.

There's currently a brick wall right up to the boundary that we're looking to extend to, which goes pretty much as far as we want to go as well.

Think you'll kick on under Ancelotti? Will he have the money to spend or have you spunked your load under Koeman, Allardyce and Silva? -
Cheers. An architect friend, you say. I need to get me one of those. Got a builder and an electrical engineer, but no plumber and no architect.

Extending into the side return of a Victorian terrace from the kitchen and dining room, and maybe pushing back a meter or so. Aim is to make one large kitchen/dining space that opens into the garden. Have to knock through 2 external walls, stick big doors on the back and make sure there's plenty of light coming in through the extension roof. To be honest, I agree that it's probably best to wait. We're not planning on moving any time soon and while the kitchen is something we want to do, it's not in a shit state or anything.

Been looking at doing some work on the house and had a couple of questions if anybody's not a total cunt about it, I'd be delighted. a) Our mortgage is fixed for another 4 years or so, and this isn't vital work, is it worth holding off until then? 2) we'd need to take some money out of the house, but a few online valuation shows that the value's gone up enough to cover the work, is it necessary to fuck around with the mortgage or is there another (cost-effective) route? iii) is it necessary to use an architect (there is structural work required). Right, free free Calippo lolly to the first non-arsehole.

The funny thing for me is that, it's as likely that he's doing this to get attention for his drinks brand and even though he's clutching one in every shot I couldn't tell you what the fuck it's called.

Yep. Ahsley remains a willing seller, Newcastle remain a prized asset and the PL remains an attractive league. Someone will want a shot at owning a PL club that won't cost them £1bn quid before they even begin buying players or owt. No idea about Mauriss, but a few journalists are saying there are interested parties out there. BZG might return, Kenyon, Orlegi, Mauriss, Bezos ( )? Ashley won't still be here in 10yrs time, I don't think we're nailed on for the drop next season as there'll be a few clubs looking to avoid those 3 spots. (Brighton, Palace, West Brom, Brentford/Fulham, possibly West Ham?) If we do go down we can rely on Ashley to spend a bit to get us back into the top flight and we've saleable assets that would fund a good chunk of that. -

One thing that I don't understand is the PL reportedly wanting the state named as a director. This isn't the case for Sheikh Mansour's Man City, or Sheffield's owner etc. I'f the PL are saying that PIF and KSA are the same entity, then why do they need KSA named as a director? Surely if they insist they're one and the same, then anything they can fail KSA on they can fail PIF on?
