Extending into the side return of a Victorian terrace from the kitchen and dining room, and maybe pushing back a meter or so. Aim is to make one large kitchen/dining space that opens into the garden. Ashley won't still be here in 10yrs time, I don't think we're nailed on for the drop next season as there'll be a few clubs looking to avoid those 3 spots. (Brighton, Palace, West Brom, Brentford/Fulham, possibly West Ham?) If we do go down we can rely on Ashley to spend a bit to get us back into the top flight and we've saleable assets that would fund a good chunk of that.

One thing that I don't understand is the PL reportedly wanting the state named as a director. This isn't the case for Sheikh Mansour's Man City, or Sheffield's owner etc. I'f the PL are saying that PIF and KSA are the same entity, then why do they need KSA named as a director? Surely if they insist they're one and the same, then anything they can fail KSA on they can fail PIF on?
