Aye, I'd rather ideologically-polar competence, than these useless cunts. I honestly believe she thought she what she was doing was for the betterment of Britain. This trickle of sentient diarrhoea have no interest in what's actually best for the country.

No idea. I heard there's team building singing groups and that the uniforms are snazzy;

All I've heard about it, is that it's making car batteries(?) so Renton can pop along and buy a new one that's 'farm fresh'.

'Shearer' was trending on twitter, so I wondered which goal was being remembered, what's he said that's newsworthy, which internet poll is he leading? None of that, just his daughter in a bikini. Sad.

Well, given the amount of time you spend on here, I can only assume you'll be first in the queue to be picked up How many jobs are they projecting that place will actually create? Like, are they killing 1,000 positions in one place and 'creating' 1,000 jobs in another?

Not been in it since the revamp. Did hear that they serve Arrichis ice cream, so there's that.

No idea what you're on about, but then I haven't read Artemis Fowl.

He'll get a job at BEin soon enough. -
I understand his thinking, the new giga-factory, plus the stuff around energy should provide more jobs and the hope is that the better paid jobs will mean people will want somewhere to live and spend their money. With SS being down the road the hope is that it'll benefit, but honestly? It'll remain a retirement village for the foreseeable.

Used to think it was excellent, then I went further afield and discovered it was adequate, at best. If Seaton Sluice was in Cornwall or on the south coast it'd be awash with coffeeshops and little curio shops because of the beach, harbour and the dene. But cursed by geography, it's going to be a pretty place for people to spend their retirement getting progressively right wing, in. My Dad's got hopes that the investment in Blyth will trickle down.

Howay Rents, that was so long ago you were still using the barter system. Your first house cost you 3 seagull carcasses, which is three times it's value, which is why you hate them now. I get your point, but I read somewhere that an electric car would save you about £4k a year. Also Electric cars didn't come out this year, so there'll be good standard second hand ones out there. I'm a moron when it comes to cars, but surely, with fewer moving parts there are less things to go wrong with an electric car, and the bigger issues (battery) will certainly have big old warning lights going off if it's fucked, right?

We've educated that out of her, but she loses her sunny disposition when someone says "for free", doesn't pronounce "ing", says "I was sat", she even pronounces the h in where, when, etc. Speaking of phone voice she still answers the phone by saying the last four digits.

There's the rub. You can get a few electric cars for <£40k, I think. Best Electric Cars and EV Car Deals 2022 | carwow

I'd be hugely in favour of it if A) politicians were honest, 2) the Media was honest iii) the populous was better able to tell fact from fiction. Right now, I'd be in favour of William, booting down the door to the commons, telling them all to fuck off until they get their shit straight, going all Game of Thrones on Rupert Murdoch and his ilk, and ruling the roost until the country isn't in freefall.

Lets get something straight, Fish's mam speaks with received pronunciation. I'm not letting you wash away years of bullying by glossing over that fact. "Ee, our David"... She'd have a fit if I even suggested she spoke like that.

Read somewhere that it was always kind of in line with fuel costs. Horrendously expensive to buy, or run? I assumed you'd have a drive, who'd have a stained glass window and no drive??
-
She thinks it's a shame, but as ever, my Mam is sure everything happens for a reason.

I'd put it to you that that is the problem with democracy whichever side of the divide you sit. I like the idea of abolishing the House of Lords and replacing it with representatives from the various regions and nations. I like the idea of PR. But there are too many who like the idea of Never Labour, too many who think it's because of the immigrants, too many who haven't understood any argument for or against every topic, but their gut tells them that they're right.

Podcast is kind of dying a death. Everyone's life is getting in the way and some issue with the company that puts it out means it wasn't showing in Spotify, Acast, or anywhere else really. So I may have Newcastled my last Natter.

Yeah, he absolutely wasn't let go because of his ethnicity. Perhaps his age? Not because no 65yr olds can do the job, I'm sure there are some of examples of engaged, forward thinking experts who're 65 but they'll be rare. Rather it's because he's out of touch with the game, modern punditry and modern media. He only got the coaching job because he was a good footballer, only got the pundit gig because he was a good footballer and only kept it because.... Well I don't fucking know. It wasn't some woke agenda that lead him to being the most interminably dull pundit out there, he was boring, and negative and curmudgeonly because that's who he is. Funnily enough, nobody wants to watch that shit. -
He's no Diaby, but he's better than Almiron in that role.
-
I dunno, feel like a sideways move

Well, it's just that I know I'm not the only one who's fascinated by my life, so I don't want to keep you all in suspense.
