They've got a policy of 'voluntary' (read forced) resettlement for all immigrants but are willing to take refugees that are white western Europeans but only due to war or persecution. I'd imagine you'd be fine but they'd probably force your grandparents out unless they can prove they're going to be strung up the minute they step off the plane.
