  1. I have no doubt his intent was to be a shock jock. I also have no doubt that he was true to his convictions. Unfortunately for him he underestimated the reaction of Americans to give a fuck abvout his English thought processes.
  2. Can honestly say I've never watched him while on CNN. In fact, he only gained my serious attention during the Ashes series where he became overly mouthy about England's chances before it and then for their ineptitude during it. Don't know too much about him, but I don't disagree with your sentiments. I do recall the death threats and general ill-will directed to him on Twitter by Americans after tackling US gun laws on his show. He does have guts if nothing else.
  3. The sense of entitlement to own a gun is too great in America. The NRA are a lobby group that will not tolerate being fucked around with. Things will never change. It's like trying to ban football in England. Piers Morgan tried to tackle the issue head on with his show on CNN and he and his show has been shafted and he is long forgotten over there.

Got to wait for the Republicans to gain power in America again before these Rusky cunts are put back in their place again.
  5. Let it be known; We'll spend this summer not spending much and we'll have the thrill of avoiding relegation next season. Whooooooooo...
  6. Sinister as in state sponsored terrorism.
  7. North Korea and that region (Northern Asia) is the most observed territorial area in the world. It's not like relying on shit radar systems from Malaysia or Thailand in South-East Asia which is why there hasn't been a resolution to this mystery. Had it flown in or around North Korea it would have been detected immediately or soon after. Japan have high tech spy satellites watching closely - an ability to watch both in day and night. We all know (or presume) the greater capabilities that America possesses in this area too. And South Korea would know anything that comes and goes from North Korea. They'd know if a four foot missile has launched so detecting a Boeing 777 entering that airspace would not go unnoticed. Character checks on all passengers have cleared them as suspected hijackers - all except the Russians and Ukranians - but why would they want to involve themselves? There is nothing sinister going on here.
  8. If a Boeing 777 skidded down a major road outside your house in the middle of the night wouldn't you tell someone about it? Maybe you'd even want to take a photo of it and post it online. Or would you just shrug your shoulders and fuck off back to bed and hoped it wouldn't be there in the morning?
  9. How could it without gaining the attention of anybody? We'd know about it by now and Malaysian authorities certainly wouldn't take a week before they started thinking the pilots may have been responsible and raided their houses for evidence. Anyway the newest theory, or at least a recycled one now is cyber-terrorism - the computer system may have been hacked into, and the pre-programmed flight path fucked around with.
  10. Parky seething that people are taking the piss here...
  11. Yes, but they're shit and their pilots aren't very good.
  12. Why land at an airforce base in China when it was supposed to land at a Beijing airport? If China wanted something that was on that plane it was already headed into their backyard and could have got it without worldwide attention.
  13. Again, you can't land this airbus on anything other than a long strip of tarmac. Impossible to happen in secrecy and as others have said without demands from captors being made public. More chance of it disappearing into thin air than that.
  14. Got all four wisdom teeth taken out a few years ago in a hospital. I really detested the thought of being made to wear plastic/vinyl underpants and I protested and even pleaded that I needn't wear them but I ended up going under with them on. Couldnt look the medical staff in the eye úpon leaving the place.
  15. They'd need to sell Van Persie and Kagawa (Rooney and Mata appear to be there for the long haul) and move on some of the rubbish like Cleverley and Ferdinand, and spend big on defence, a good number 6 and a strong centre forward. Moyes, if he's still around, would need a change in his coaching staff too. Old school Scottish and English football philosophy doesn't work - taking all his staff from Everton to Old Trafford and thinking that was going to work shows how out of depth he is. Anyway, looking forward to hear what Chichorito has to say about it after he moves on.
  16. Poor old Luuk has a worse left foot than me. Saw it in the game against Sunderland.
  17. I get no greater pleasure than seeing Manure fuck up big style. It makes for a fair distraction away from our woes. I just hope they stick with David Moyes for at least another season after this because it will ensure there is more to look forward to. What a clueless cunt he is, the most tactically inept manager to run a top four side in any top league. Over the season we've seen Van Persie getting in the way of Rooney who gets in the way of Kagawa when he plays, so Moyes buys Mata and plays him on the left where he has no idea what to do. And what role does Felliani play in the team? They all like to play the same position! A bit different this Man Utd task to Everton.
  18. Shit game. Going to bed. Good night.
  19. Yeah, maybe it was just that the pilot was having a really fucked up day like Michael Douglas in Falling Down.
  20. Definitely think the Chinese were targeted here - individually or collectively. Not sure of the motive or directive, but there were Chinese VIP's on board that flight so the above could hold sway, though I don't know why someone would sacrifice their own life/lives for that reason. Evidence suggests the aircraft changed trajectory ruling out a sudden explosion as a cause.
  21. So where do you propose they have landed this thing without word getting out? It can't land on a makeshift airstrip - gravel or dirt - it would have to be something sunbstantial like say concete or bitume which would only exist in a large urban sprawl in any country of that region.
  22. Someone who hated the Chinese, who happened to have a knack of knowing how to turn off communication/transponder links, who knew how to fly this airbus for 5 hours before it eventually ran out of petrol, descended and vapourised on impact with the ocean anywhere within a 6000km radius.
  23. The Americans would have a better clue than most, true, but the Malaysians don't even know what fucking day it is!
  24. Well, Chezzy, sometimes it takes a bit of hard love to get to the bottom of something.
  25. Lovely. Thankyou. Let's get to what is most likely here; The plane has most likely been vaporised on impact and there is nothing visually to attain, so therefore there is no wreckage to be found. And to rely on the Chinese, Malaysians or anyone else from that region is like waiting for the tooth fairy to put money under your pillow.
