  1. I commend your humanity, but certain sex offenders and paedophiles are beyond the rehabilitation option. Many sex offenders are born sex offenders and nothing beyond castration can stop them from being sex offenders for life. No, I wouldn't leave them to their own devices to die in a hurricane but they would be the last to worry about in an emergency. Anyway, looks like this perfect storm is heading straight for the Florida Keys. This will be catastrophic.
  2. And if you are not part of the cult you get sent to a gulag. Guilt by association keeps the populace in check too. Death would be preferable than doing time in one of these; https://www.businessinsider.com.au/un-north-korea-prison-camp-2017-3?r=US&IR=T#former-prisoners-say-conditions-are-so-bad-that-20-to-25-percent-of-the-prison-population-dies-every-year-note-this-is-the-first-of-multiple-disturbing-illustrations-supposedly-made-by-a-defector-who-spent-time-in-the-prisons-2
  3. It is what it is. There are no solutions to this problem.
  4. Syria can try, but they will ultimately fail. Good story though that they have achieved more than Qatar given the resources of both countries; http://www.smh.com.au/sport/soccer/syrias-world-cup-soccer-bid-mesmerises-a-divided-nation-badly-in-need-of-hope-20170905-gybn32.html
  5. 2-1 to Iran now. A little more urgency is required by the Syrians.
  6. Syria. Well, I don't envisage a memorable WC being held in Russia so I guess for that reason they deserve to go. These arab teams love to play-act and time-waste through a game. Syria is doing it now against Iran and it isn't even half time yet ffs.
  7. Fuck off man. I will not be caught playing your games.
  8. OK, I'll be serious for a moment; So on the day that NK announced the readiness of and released photos of Kimmy inspecting what was thought to be a thermo-nuclear warhead that it just so happens that an earthquake caused by the natural shifting of fault lines at a depth of 0km occurred by sheer coincidence? Righto.
  9. Another suspected nuclear detonation; http://www.smh.com.au/world/south-korea-says-north-korea-may-have-conducted-a-sixth-nuclear-test-20170903-gy9q5v.html
  10. NK realise that if they took aim at Guam then it ensures the annihilation of its regime. They wouldn't do it. They are acting like gangsters hoping that it will eventually bring the US, SK, Japan and China to the negotiating table to come to some agreement that favours NK regarding sanctions. The only thing that will bring NK to its knees, in my opinion, is a major natural disaster unfortunately. It is prone to drought and floods and this brings along with it mass famine. Misery on this scale brings about dissent against authority. Kim would be happy to sacrifice his kingdom population to make a 'sacrifice' against 'aggressive' and 'unjust' sanctions but a major human catastrophe may induce revolution from within.
  11. Rattle Trump? A goal they have achieved. NK knows America can't do anything militarily without severe repercussions. China aren't happy, but will not intervene. China still sees NK as a buffer zone irrespective of NK's recklessness. Sanctions will only be effective if China participate, not merely through words but actions.
  12. Where it will have an opposite effect.
  13. He had his own uncle, a high ranked general iirc, killed for nodding off at some get together while Kim was speaking. Tied up and had a rocket fired at him I believe.
  14. No it isn't. He is as safe as houses in his little puppet kingdom. He is just trying to legitimise his regime externally and has an aim to get sanctioning countries to the bargaining table. Trump will not have a bar of it, in fact if it were up to him he would have bombed the shit out of them already.
  15. It will never collapse. Kim has killed all his opponents and potential adversaries internally, he had his half brother killed using a nerve toxin in Malaysia as well, and he has kept external adversaries on notice with nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles.
  16. A new level of provocation. http://www.scmp.com/news/asia/east-asia/article/2108875/kim-jong-un-pledges-launch-more-north-korean-missiles-pacific
  17. It was expected though, 49-0. What was unknown particularly with those who had never seen McGregor fight was how he was going to go about it.
  18. You can put any spin on in that you want. McGregor dominated the first 3 rounds because he landed more punches than Mayweather. Yes, I understand that it was Mayweather's game plan to allow McGregor to punch himself out which he did, McGregor is really only a 25 minute fighter and had only gone 25 minutes against Nate Diaz and he was off his feet by the end of that fight. The vast majority of his fights had ended very early. Training to go 12 rounds against a very cagey and undefeated fighter was always going to be a huge task - impossible really. That is what I forecasted before the fight, that McGregor needed to stun Mayweather early and go for the knockout because Mayweather would just get stronger as the fight went on. McGregor is an excellent fighter, he troubled Mayweather because of his southpaw stance, his timing, angles and volume of punches, he was quicker to the punch early on as a matter of fact but he was never going to be able to sustain it and he was literally off his feet by round 7 against one of the greatest boxers of all time. If the ref didn't stop it when he did, Mayweather would have given him a massive beating, the rusty 40 year old not known for his knockout power that he is.
  19. McGregor landed more punches certainly in the first 3 rounds and won them, so he did dominate the first few rounds. Wasn't a bad effort for someone fighting his first pro fight against a seasoned pro.
  20. It was a decent fight and went as expected. McGregor dominating the first 4 rounds then gassing out and Mayweather owning him in rounds 8,9 and 10. Just knew it wasn't going to go the distance when McGregor was on rubber legs in round 8.
  21. There is no entrance fee as such, rather it is an agreeance to split costs. OK?
