Wrong! Citeh? Plus you can hardly call getting the England job walking away from Fulham. Well you can but you've got to be a sports journalist, a psychotic dwarf or Mike Ashley. He resigned from City. I'll concede point about not walking away from Fulham as he was going to the England job. The point about the clamour for the England job as I seem to recall (but not very well) is that there was no-one English that anyone else wanted. Plus to be honest you can't really judge how well he was doing at the top level considering Fulham weren't in the Premiership at the time. What does that even mean. The reason that there was no one else that anyone wanted is because they all wanted Keegan. The only way people can spout this crap about him walking away at the first sign of trouble is because he managed over ten years without getting the sack. The vast Majority of the time at Newcastle and MAncity both legendary for sacking managers at the drop of a hat

That explains the clamour for him to be manager of England when he was at Fulham. Its impressive how you manage to get every point exactly wrong in your post well done

All obviously going to get the push when the club gets sold. I imagine they all have stupidly lucrative long term contracts, so will all become stinking rich for their roles in this farce. I cant describe the hatred I have for these people

+1 I agree completely. This walking out shite sends me into a frenzy, why does nobody mention he has never been sacked.

Fucking disgusted with our "loyal support"
spongebob toonpants replied to Mag Numb's topic in Newcastle Forum
Yup, I'd end your association with Ashley, Wise and Co ASAP. And thats the point, why the hell should the fans feel they have to go when the directors dont even arse themselves to turn up? What the fuck? we all know they have no fucking love for the club. We still do though, or we are supposed to have. Shall I ring Ashley and make sure he is going before I turn up next time? We shouldnt be making excuses for those who didnt turn up, we should be shaming them so it doesn't happen again. Last night proved what some of us have suspected for a while, our support isnt all that. If the results and performances had been going the same way but we had some "big name" just signed up you could guarantee the place would have at least been three quarters full. back to the important question - how much for a boiler???? -
Hoddle turned us down according to Mail Worth checking out the link for the Hoddle photo link

I think you need to have a look at the way the world works

I think the most positive thing that could happen right now is for Alan Shearer to step out of the shadows, turn his back on his TV stints and ask to be given the job at SJP showing that he is indeed a faithful true blue Black n' White supporter who wants to help the Toon. He may not have the managerial skills but apart from Keegan I think Shearer is probably the only one who has the charisma to rekindle the spark of hope that Keegan gave us and get us out of this mire we are sinking deeper in. yea obviously Shearer is going to leap at the chance to work under Dennis Wise

It is. It's too confusing to know where to start. Do I need to watch the original series? The mini series? The 4 recent series? The TV Movies? The Webisodes? No need to watch the original series. Start with the first movie (which is the pilot for the series), then watch the first three series, then watch the 'Razor' movie, then watch series 4. I wouldn't bother with the mini series or webisodes. btw if the cylons really wanted to conquer earth just offer every bloke a 6 and a boomer - job done imo

Dexter? Not watched it. Serial Killer show, right? There seems to be a pattern with me of REALLY enjoying the contemporary "real life" dramas (the 3 listed), but getting a bit bored sooner or later by the more fantastic shows (the others that don't come close). Dexter is pretty good, and the Battlestar Gallictica was great for a couple of series and petty good after that. But Ive been watching the Wire one episode a week on FX from the first episode and it finished last night. What a fkin program

Shay spent half time on the pitch today - anybody know why?
-
Just got back from the match - I would take 17th place finish in a heartbeat this season. West Ham were poor and could have easily scored half a dozen. Geremi cant run but he still was way better than Duff. Xisco is a tryer, but nothing more. How bad Gonzales must be to be behind Capaca in the starting order for midfeild is just plain frightening. Owens goal was class but really just showed up the rest of the dross for what it was. to some up we are fucked
