Seeing Evertons front two of Anechibe and Beckford made me thankful for Shola and Best tbh -
I was very impressed by Barton keeping his head yesterday - the ridiculous card followed by being repeatedly fouled without a hint of protection, I don't know how he kept the red mist at bay. As shit as Webb was though, isn't injury time decided by the fourth official.

The midfielder who sits deeper and wins the ball/puts in tackles. The thing Tiote does to a tee Well yeah but he doesn't just sit there in a 4-4-2. Obviously Nolan is further forward but Tiote gets all around the pitch and doesn't play the position in the way Makelele did at Chelsea in a midfield 3/5 with wingers. I don't think either Barton or Colocinni are suited to that role either way and you'd also be removing two of the best players in the side from roles they're far more suited to. Agree Tiote offers a lot more than that and I think Nolan would struggle with it. Barton Proberbly would be able to but not as well as Tiote but a mile bettet than Smith or Guthrie. Goes to show how important Tiote is Barton would get about 15 bookings a match if he played the Tiote role

I'm a bit late to the party on this, sadly my finger is not exactly on the pulse anymore. Chez mentioned the new one a couple of weeks ago. Mentions of the Ramones and Missy Elliot peaked my interest, and I've been listening to nowt else since. Its been a while since I have found anything new that has caught my imagination in this way. Anybody got any recommendations for similar stuff I can check out. Obviously as this bloke has slipped under my radar for the best part of a decade it doesn't have to be brand new, my knowledge extends as far as 2manydjs, gohome and no further

I would have voted LIb second at the election, and I would be even more pissed off now.
-
I would have almost definitely gone for PR in the past, and in conscience depending how it was structured should go for it in the future. I have to confess though my current feelings would be to vote against anything Nick Clegg recommended
-
The Oldham by-election result has definitely confirmed one thing for me. I will definitely be voting no in the AV referendum. By my reading of the situation I would then have to order these remaining candidates in order. Lib Dems Conservatives UKIP: BNP: Green Party: Monster Raving Loony Party: English Democrats: Pirate Party: Bus Pass Elvis Party I can imagine going Green as a second choice if I was forced to choose, but beyond that (Elvis apart) I would find it impossible to do. Combine that with a desire to see Nick Clegg have his shameful post election oportunism punished as fully as possible, I am hoping to see a overwhelming no vote, and the LibDems and the coalition implode

Washington aye named after the one at your manor. Orlando? Thought that was Mexico. Boston, aye I've played on their pitch not sure there's a yank one, Memphis? Thought that was a bike? Edit Aye Atlanta City, aye I've put Atlantic City above. Your a bad liar Stevie I'm telling you. Tell me why I should know Boston, or why I should know anything about America. I could name you 30 major cities in major European countries, never had a thirst for knowledge for America. Plastic bullies who I hope fail in most things they do. Some of it is planned ignorance granted, but their dismissiveness of the world's most famous country fucks me right off so I'm every bit as dismissive as them mugs. I know Clearwater because my uncle has a holiday home there, been asked if I want to go about 20 times over the last 15 years, always say no because the only place I'd ever go to in America is Vegas. "Have a nice day". Oh dear. Because its a major reference point in popular culture. Seen The Departed? Heard of the Boston Red Sox? No to both. Can't be that impressive, it wasn't one of the host cities of the World Cup. I know Parky, is it the sort of place you could have two weeks? Think 10 days is max. Eating giant burgers at 4 in the moring having been on free booze all afternoon and night has a lifecycle. Helipcopter ride into the desert is nice. Love the vibe there, especially if you're up and you get a lot of freebies and service is second to none imo. The ex-Mrs P loved blackjack so there was no tension. Yep, about fifty years And Stevie - New Orleans, Nashville, Indianapolis, Denver

I agree - Legard was completely unlistenable as far as I was concerned. I genuinely think he was the worst comentater I have ever heard
