To be fair in most of his sub appearances this season, he's done alright, just hasn't got the goals when chances have come his way. Maybe he got too excited, I don't know, but that miss has put a slight downer on my night. He won't get an easier chance and a goal then would have helped him push on and impose himself in the squad. I reckon it's one of those chances that he'd tuck away 9 times out of 10. If he's missing that chance 10% of the time he's no good Shame though-would have liked to see dutty of the mark

Bollocks - Best is up there with Pele and Maradona, by far the best player I have ever seen play Gerrard isn't fit to lace his drinks

Tiote by a mile for me Batty made the team worse, Tiote has made the team better. I hate Batty mind, never understood why people like him so much

I know what you're saying, Bart. When I was young, I wanted an electric football machine more than anything else in the world, and my parents bought it for me, and it was the happiest day of my life. Well, goodnight. http://www-mddsp.enel.ucalgary.ca/People/d...unds/cheese.wav

We've sucked them back in. There is no enjoyment in kicking a dead dog - just give them enough encouragement and sure enough the Aussies are giving it the big I AM. It just ensures the humiliation we are about to dish out will be even more enjoyable. Its like a cat with a mouse

Do you think we will sign anyone in Jan?

Its quite fucking simple really. Apparently there is a very clear brief for the scouts to go out and find good younger players on unobscene wages like Tiote and I guess if possible to get them on a play now buy later like Ben Arfa. Its up to the scouts to do that job. A couple of Ben Arfas and Tiotes every window and we'll be in the champions league before you know it. Simples. I was very pleased with the last two transfer windows, and said so. Last January addressed the most glaring holes in the squad and added players which did indeed add impetus to the promotion push. The summer saw two excellent arrivals and Sol on loan and neither window saw the feared (by me if not you) sale of any prized assets. I don't share your confidence tat any clear brief about anything exists. The only thing thats simple is the fact that he owns the club, and treats it and us however he wants If we add players of the calibre of Tiote and Arfa every window, without selling them on, then I'll admit the bloke is a magician, and happily eat humble pie. -

Its fucking impossible to know. Ashley is as likely to: 1. sell Barton Taylor and Carrol, due to wages bosman and quick profit 2. nobody in or out 3. Buy lower division prospect/unexpected foreigner/experienced pro nobody expects I don't think he knows himself - depends how he feels when he gets up/which number comes up on the dice/which daft knownowtcunt he happens to be listening to at the time His behaviour defies any logic I can come up with -
Do you do chicken and fish? Work outdoors, my schedule is fucked beyond recognition. Busiest time of year anyway - its been fucking insanity since first snow at start of December. You missed me, I've always said he was decent.

BOOM!! The only word I disagree with is fairly in the description of the stadium. It had one half decent but ageing stand,The Leazes was gone, two open ends, a rickety old wooden stand- the transformation of the team and ground was astonishing
