http://forum.psg.fr/fr/supporters/forumv2/...?messid=8245154 So far after two responses... "Ginola without a doubt! What a player!!!" and... "Ginola, easily!!!"
-
I might actually put this question to PSG fans on their forum. Would be interesting to see their opinions of the two.
-
Mainly because Ginola played in the better side and media darlings Spurs. I don't think he'd have got anywhere near the hype had he played in the 2001-3 side.
-
I remember about a month into the season Viana played a brilliant second-half for their first-side against England also. (Think it was Bowyer's one England cap too). Remember one moment late on where Viana sprayed a 60-yard ball flank-to-flank, and Andy Gray just said, "That wasn't Viana again was it?". Could have been a quality player.
-
Don't see any reason why he shouldn't play.
-
I think they should make Rooney play.
-
I don't know why people are surprised at Taylor, he's regularly rash.
-
When Ginola went missing, he'd produce nothing, even when Robert went missing (which was 90% of the time), he'd still come up with something.
-
Put Robert in the Keegan side and we'd have won the title.
-
And Robbie Elliott was better in the 96/97 season.
-
But how did you react to the Shearer story?
-
I'd imagine with no Gerrard, he'll have a good chance of starting on Wednesday. Although the chances are he'll go with Wright-Phillips.
-
Do you think he'd have been good enough to get in our current side?

1. Just had Sunday lunch...mmmm 2. Just paid my deposit to do a 4-week language course in Bordeaux next summer. 3. Just watched Extras which I taped on Thursday night. 4. Thought of a title for my Final Year Spanish dissertation. 5. Getting ready for work.
-
Wednesday will be their biggest test imo. If they can follow up a win at home to France with a postitive result in Kiev, they're to be taken seriously. Could do with Italy slipping up again soon though.
-
If they can win or even get a point on Wednesday in the Ukraine I can see them finishing 2nd.
-
And what a f*cking goal from Leighton Baines. Similar to that famous one John Harley scored for Fulham (?) several years back.
-
Was going on about how you could compare a few England Under 21 players with the seniors... "Anton with Rio obviously, Taylor's a bit like Terry...and Milner's a bit similar to Gerrard".

PLAYER-POWER TO SCRAP 3-5-2 EXPERIMENT
Optimistic Nut replied to luckyluke's topic in Newcastle Forum
Disagree there. Neville would be perfectly suited to a central three alongside Rio & Terry. -
Yep, not once have I seen Anton and thought he's going to be any better than Bramble.
-
Can't stand West Ham and hate Pardew with a passion. But these two are definitely being made scapegoats. Perhaps if the likes of Konchesky, Ferdinand, Gabbidon, Reo-Coker, Harewood, Mullins etc. weren't strutting around as if they'd made it, just on the back of one decent season, they'd be in a better position. Fact is, they're an average team with or without the Argies...even we p*ssed all over them away from home.

Shite Reserve Team Manager Lee Clark and his Shite Reserve team
Optimistic Nut replied to a topic in Newcastle Forum
The free-kick wasn't too dissimilar to the one he conceded against Robert in the FA Cup a few years back. -
Slightly less dismal than what Liverpool were in their 2-0 win against the same potential relegation fodder.
-
Exactly. Piss poor header for their second goal and should have been sent-off for handball...

- Roeder in 10-days after handing him a 2-year playing contract.
