Please God, no.

Right, here's the plan. I'm going to get a load of white & black sheets of paper, arrange them in an orderly fashion in the Gallowgate, so for the first 6 minutes of the match against Brum on Wednesday live on BBC, we can demand justice for the Toon 11.

If that's what we can do to them with our kids, God help them when Arsenal's play them in the Carling Cup Semis. -

Are you on the wind-up Stevie? Sunderland are no longer rivals, other than in geography. Spurs on the otherhand are a genuine footballing rival, who think they're God's gift to football just because of 2 half decent seasons, and we've walloped them twice in a month. -
One thing we can thank our last three managers for, is great strength in depth in the midfield and up-front. To score 5 goals against Man U & Spurs without 6 forward players, 4 who would probably start, is excellent.

To me, a slap in the face is like a spit. It's demeaning and low. -
I think it has something to do with tactics as well as the ball, and it works the other way to your point. Players from these negative sides are more inclined to have a dig from long-range as well because they're not good enough to get beyond quality sides.

The squad is anything but waferthin! How many other sides would go to White Hart Lane without 10 first-teamers and win 3-2? It's only thin now because exactly half of the squad is injured which is just a freak occurance. Would Man U have a "waferthin" squad, just because Vidic, Ferdinand, Neville, Heinze, Giggs, Scholes, Ronaldo, Rooney, Carrick & Saha were all injured at once...and were left with having to put Academy players on the bench?

Been linked with Juve as well.

Loan a striker until May, aye. But what are we going to do at the start of next season with Martins, Owen, Ameobi, Sibierski and the new striker you want us to buy?
-
Spurs away (3) Man U home (2) Everton away (0) Bolton away (1) Spurs home (3) Watford home (2) Chelsea away (0) Blackburn away (3) Reading home (3) Portsmouth home (1) Yeah, you're right it's 18. Still good though.

It was like Robert all over again.

Given - 8 Solano - 8 Huntington - 7 Taylor - 7 Ramage - 7 Milner - 6 Pattison - 6 Butt - 8 Dyer - 7 Sibierski - 6 Martins - 8

That's now 20 goals in our last 10 league games. Showing signs of 3-4 years ago.

Spot on. The amount of times we have had a lot more chances than the away side, (remember Newcastle 1-4 Fulham?) and people have slagged us off, we should indulge in this. Classic away performance for me.

Obviously he's been employed by Moyes to give his fellow American a few goalkeeping tips.

measured at 106.9 mph supposedly, boosh yafukka Source? Think the fastest ever in the Premiership was Richie Humphreys for Sheff Wed at about 97mph.
-
Definitely in the top 6 hunt. One of Pompey and/or Bolton will go on a run of 5-6 winless games sooner or later, it's just upto us to make sure we're in with a chance of capitalising on that.

http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/story_page...rt/sport3.shtml Now if it was a loan deal from now until the end of the season with the option to buy in June, I'd consider it.

Players we have inquired about so far.

Yes. If we're not buying anybody might as well pretend we are...Helps alleviate the impending depression. Anal Oliver in disguise? Talking of that man, how about this for a peach of an Oliverism. -
Real will not extend David Beckham's contract
Optimistic Nut replied to Ted Maul's topic in Newcastle Forum
How about we try and get him on a 3-month loan deal a la Larsson at Man U. -
He'd beat the Premiership record as well by 100 days if he makes an appearance...which by coincidence was by Aaron Lennon as a sub for Leeds....at White Hart Lane.
-
Ah, soz didn't see that! Yeah it is him.
-
You nearly got the first name right.

Not forgetting who's the only player to score a hat-trick in the top four tiers of English football, the two domestic cups, and international level.
