  1. On what basis? The only thing I can think of is that you have a bigger stadium and even that you won't have for much longer. How long have you had your 50K stadium now? We still have a higher average attendance you. http://nufc.com/2008-09html/attendance-all-time.html We are bigger in just about every criteria. The passionate fans thing is just a sky fabrication that you lot are clinging on to. Jimbo you fucking legend!!
  2. We have always been and always will be a bigger club and a bunch of more passionate football supporters than Spurs. Fact.
  3. I'll just fucking say I am British If and when I do go, I wanna enjoy my trip. But it's looking more likely than ever. I dont just wanna do the East Coast, I wanna go straight through America, NY to San Fran sounds amazing
  4. Its not a case of I think we can, or I hope we do its a MUST win game. This in my opinion is by far the most important of all the upcoming games we have, Stoke are above us by 4-5 points we have to win today to reduce the gap, if they do win, thats championship football for us next season.
  5. http://www.trekamerica.co.uk/tours/am.html Should be looking at that tbh

The guy obviously has personal issues, hes never been the same on the pitch ever since his dad passed away in 2005 IIRC, everyone needs a break but "re-thinking" your career at 27 is surely bonkers.
  11. I have been working part time in various places since I left school and I have also been studying. I have managed to save up a bit of cash for a car and insurance and all that crap. But for the past few days I have been strongly considering going to America, by that I don't mean for a week and just going to one place. I wanna travel around America and see what its like as its always been a dream of mine to go and see the world, main reason I applied for the Navy too. Now I have been wondering how I can go about this, I could just book a hotel in each state week after week and travel that way, but I don't wanna do that I don't think I will get to see as much as I would like to. This leads me asking you for help and advice on what could be the best way to go over and see the USA. I have been told that some travel agents do group holidays, in which they put together a group of people and take you over to the USA, this sounds like a cracking idea to me but does anyone know how to go about this?

    Adriano

Inter Milan striker Adriano has revealed he is taking a break from football in order to 'rethink' his career. Adriano is currently back in his native Brazil after failing to return to Italy following the recent 2010 World Cup qualifiers. Reports have claimed he has been attending to a 'delicate' personal matter and his whereabouts had initially been unknown until he was located in Rio de Janeiro. The player's agent is planning to travel to Italy next week to meet Inter officials to discuss the 27-year-old's situation. However, Adriano will not be heading back to Serie A in the near future after admitting he has fallen out of love with playing football. Live in peace "I've lost the happiness of playing," Adriano told a press conference. "I wouldn't like to go back to Italy, I want to live in peace here in Brazil. "I wasn't unhappy in Italy. I don't know if I'm going to stay for one, two or three months without playing. "I'm going to rethink my career."

  18. Yes, I do blame Given. He deserves plenty of blame. I can completely understand his desire to leave and would've waved goodbye with tears in my eyes at the end of the season if that is the path he chose. But after his public temper tantrum in January and the way he abandoned this club when we needed him most, yes, I do blame him. 'Consummate professional' he certainly isn't. I don't have time for Shay pissing Given any longer. Aww did some one touch a soft spot there mate Are you saying he didn't with you? Was one of my Toon heroes for a long time. Not really. Was one of my heroes too, don't blame him for wanting to leave and don't blame him for leaving but I do blame him for the the manner in which he left in, like I've said before. He lost a lot of my respect and I am sure the respect of many Toon fans like my self when he started whinging, made me feel as though he thought he was too big for club.
