Nile Ranger to go out on loan next season....
Papa Lazaru replied to accadacca's topic in Newcastle Forum
He's as yet unproven in the championship, you can hardly expect him to take the prem by storm. A season gettign regular games and a chance to show what he can do, plus get some experience and work on his finishing is ideal, though we do need to be bringing in another striker if he's going out on loan. -
Know what you mean about them sounding like an older band, which from me is a big positive as alot of the bands i like are from back in the day. Liked both songs musically (i'm not one for judging the lyrics as they're not high on my list with music) and as they were different they showed something of what they can do which looks good if the rest of their stuff matches these two. Impressed with the vocalist, the second song he could have fitted well with a Pink Floyd song i thought.

Came from George Osbourne, didn't it?? Absolutely desperate and given the short time since Brown announced that Labour were entering formal discussions with the Lib Dems, it makes the Tories look as weak as piss IMO. Whoever advised them (no-one I'm guessing) on blurting that one out needs their head examined. They're panicking like fuck!!! Yeah, that's the sound of Cameron's arse going, and who could want somebody that spineless and desperate in charge of anything, let alone the country. I mean i might disagree with pretty much everything he stands for but at least if he'd stuck to his guns on PR i could say he's a man of his own principals, but he's not even that!
-
It would be so good to see that smug little twat getting the smirk wiped of his face if Clegg said fuck off and joined with Labour! Not sure it will happen, but with Brown gone it has a shot and i think Labour can and will offer some senior posts to liberals, give them something on PR and they will find it alot easier to agree on the economy short term than the tories. Whether it works or not if it happens is another question as it will likely have to involve SNP etc. I did read somewhere though that because of the 5 Sinn Fein MP's never turning up, the speaker and 3 deputies not voting ( think that's what it said) the actual working majority isn't quite as high as people think if you want to just make it about workable.

Everyone in the eurozone should vote for Greece to win Eurovision this year, just out of spite. They'll probably be entering the equivalent of "My lovely horse" to avoid any risk of victory!
-
To win any cup or league you need a good slice of luck and avoiding crap from refs, its never just down to how well you played. And i agree, i don't think any of the last few world cup winners have been particularly impressive, they've been functional, done what was needed at the right time or other teams have been shitter to be honest. The last few have been up for grabs for anyone really.
-
Typical that we have that on top of everything else! Imagine if it was Greece's turn to have it this time round

Exactly, apart from the goalkeeper situation (which isn't that bad anyway) you've got a strong team in all departments providing there arnt any major injury blows. Being third favorites is about right imo and if you don't make the semis I'd rate the tournament as a dissapointment. I was quietly confident around the time of qualifying, with things looking good and a class manager in charge, but since then alot has declined. Keeper is nowhere near sorted Terry is far from at his best, Ferdinand is a crock and Ashley Cole is coming back from a big injury and RB was never completely sorted Gerrard is miles off (possibly for yet to be revealled reasons!), Beckham is out (who i thought would be a very useful sub against tiring defences) and Lennon is coming back from injury as well, as is Joe Cole and Barry is out completely Rooney may not be back to the electric form he was in before the injuries and Defoe is out of form But that's typical England to be fair! True, but Spain are having their share of problems too with Xavi, Torres and Fabregas all struggling to be fit for the start. Obviously, keeping Rooney fit is vital. I'm quietly confident we'll find our way to the quarters to be honest, even with the problems, after that who knows! I think its a safe bet that we'll have a tight game, brave effort and out on pens at soem point though!

Sadly they are an example of a well run club. Rich backer who provides the funds, chairman who doesn't stick his nose in or embarass his club and their fans and in Bruce a competent manager, not a world beater but good enough. So far they've actually done badly to have been at risk of relegation twice and 13th this season, but then Keane bought some utter shite with his money, next season what they spend will make our situation look far worse. Depressing stuff.

I think it's a clear unequivical "we're spending fuck all so get used to it". I'm sure that's what it is. We might get a bosman, fuckin Ivan Klasnic or someone equally shite. If it wasn't true it would be funny that Stoke City, FUCKIN STOKE???!?!?!?! Could hypothetically poach our players at the right price. Even the bosmans will be tough when Ashley offers them £1000 a week and some sportsdirect vouchers! Hughton will have to go begging to the big 4 for some loans and convince them that this club (even with Ashley fucking it about) can offer the chance for their players to get used to playing under big crowds with alot of pressure, which they won't get on loan at Bolton, Wigan etc.
-
Yeah, with just a sensible amount of spending and the decent players retained people would have come back, and the crowd would have been 50,000, but after this i don't see that at all, why should people give the fat cunt anymore of our money. That said i'll be there like an idiot as i always have been and will be one day when we get this vermin out of the club.

Yes and no excuses. But putting that to one side, anyone who has any dealings with business, HR or PR can surely not even begin to come to terms with the set out and words in that statement. It reads as though cobbled together by some working mens club committee. I have read it a few times to see if I could gllen any positives from it..... Are they trying to be totally truithful and upfront about the situation given the various stories about how much, which players etc etc. If so they have been very naive. Not much leaves me speechless but this time they have succeeded. Leazes, Pud............... It does, the geordie nation bollocks is completely astonishing. Just completely astonishing. They must have some fan, somewhere who talks to them on a regular basis, making them aware of the feelings of the fans?? Steve Wraith perhaps? He was always so beyond surgical removal of FFS arse iirc, and he's been the same with these. Fuckin geordie nation, not that I care, but that is the type of bollocks which exasperated the piss taking when we were relegated. Exactly, and to this day i have yet to meet a toon fan or indeed any geordie who has ever sued the term Gerodie nation seriously. The only people i ever here use it are journalists and commentators etc. As for Wraith i don't know if he'd have time to be up FFS arse when he spends so much time up the Krays arse, wanking over the fact he was "The geordie connection" to them, well done Steve, you kiss the arse of some horrible cockney arsehole gangsters, what an achievement. Apparently he got clipped at QPR Shame! I'm sure he can get Ronnie and Reggie to sort out whoever did it for him

Newcastle fans don't support their team as they should
Papa Lazaru replied to Christmas Tree 's topic in Newcastle Forum
He got a fuckin easy ride apart from that game for how shite we were. That Portsmouth game could've caused a riot it was that bad. Cacapa dragged off (his signing, the world class Cacapa - according to Sima) after 20 minutes for being wank 0-3 down. The Liverpool game, that SCOUSE BASTARD, and that's what you are if you read this website, Barton in the paper saying the fans were a disgrace. Well I tell you why there was a poisonous atmosphere in the ground, because we have a man in charge of us getting paid 50 fuckin grand a week, who substitutes our best attacking option (and only threat) for a defender, while we're 2-0 down at home. That's why he got the abuse. This is Newcastle United I'd rather lose 0-10, than settle for 0-2 by not having a go. He's a cunt I feel as bad about him as I do about Souness. They've both spent their time talking bollocks and blaming everyone else for their fuck ups here and re-writing history wth the help of the media and in Souness' case his mates on MOTD. Only difference is i didn't think Allardyce was a bad appointment at the time, but with Souness like everyone else bar Shepherd, i knew that was a disaster waiting to happen. -

Totally agree with the first paragraph. Thats been bugging me each time Ive heard it said this week. As for the PR debate thats a tricky one. All the indications tonight are that the deal is nearly done so a compromise of some sort must have been done. Still uncertain if there is a real public clamour for PR. Do we really want to go through this every time we vote? Personally i don't want total PR, the BNP and UKIP between them got something like 1.5m votes, they'd by right have to have seats in the commons! My mate suggested if you do have PR its only for the parties who finish 1 to 3 which keeps out the loons and racists! So you need to find some way of bringing in a form of PR that works, is fair and keeps out the likes of the BNP! Also does anyone know exactly how the Australian system works and Fry seemed to think it was pretty good, but i've not read up on how they do things. Yes but Fry like others wants a Tory free world, because of Thatcher!!! First of all she's been gone 20 years, move on and second I dont want a system that only ever delivers a labour or lib dem pact. Lawmakers have to take into effect the blind voting ways of most of the North East, Scotland and wales. Its not blind to never vote for a party that has and will always shaft the people who live there, and i could name many places that blindy vote tory and always will, want to take into effect those as well? And Fry doesn't want a tory free world because of thatcher (though that is reason enough) he made his reasons clear in the article, because like most intelligent and decent people he can see liars who haven't changed and never will and he doesn't like what they stand for.

So good we let 5 of them go this week... And the ones that are supposed to be good like Krul and Vukic currently only have 1 year left on their contracts! Not really going the right way about convincing them to sign new ones Indeed, although they're likely to have a good chance of first team action if our few players who are good enough decide to fuck off after reading that statement!

Yeah, dump all the shit on the only person with any class or dignity about him at all and leave him to face the shit, instead of the two arseholes who should answer questions.

Sometimes you can't actually believe what a retard ashley is. Its mad enough to go into the prem and spend fuck all, but what kind of idiot tells everyone they're going to do it before everyone has decided whether to buy season tickets or not!! He can't even be self interested and fuck over the fans properly he's that fucking useless!

Good blog from Stephen Fry on the state of play and what he thinks will happen next, and sadly he'll be right: Blog

I wouldn't blame any of them for fucking off before next season starts, never mind at the end of it when they see what the cunts in charge of the club have planned. What are the likes of Enrique going to say when the inevitable offers come in and he knows the fat fuck has no intention of investing in this team!

Hughton says not many signings this summer.
Papa Lazaru replied to Happy Face's topic in Newcastle Forum
Not only will they be stupid enough to go with the promoted squad unstrengthened but they'll probably not bother to sort out the fact the likes of Vukic and Krul have 1 year left on their contracts meaning they'll go for next to nothign soon when they're very much going to be needed because they've bought no fucking new players! -
Does that mean Hughton has to sell to create funds to buy or no buys full stop? Sell to buy i'd guess, either way Ashley can fuck off and die to be honest!
