The Premier League's dirtiest players
Papa Lazaru replied to Monroe Transfer's topic in Newcastle Forum
Yeah, Stevie G has got it all hasn't he, and if he was some average plodder playing for a Bolton or Blackburn he'd have been red carded in double figures and locked up as well. -
Sums up the retards in football, they seem to think getting any sort of touch on the ball is the end of the debate, they're too fucking thick to realise getting the ball is irrelivent when a tackle is dangerous and reckless and smashes somebodies leg in two. Going by their logic you may as well touch the ball then smash down on their knee and break it, its fine you won the ball first. Its this attitude that means this will keep happening to players and Wenger will be left on his own complaining that the thugs in football are wrecking the game.

The Premier League's dirtiest players

I think these 3 would feature in most peoples lists to be fair. As you say De Jong doesn't need it but does it anyway, Cattermole since he first appeared for the smogs has looked to injure people and Henry i know absolutely fuck all about other than he's set out as people have said to make a name by trying to wreck other players careers. They'll continue to do it as long as the FA and refs let them and pricks in the game keep defending them. They all pissed themselves laughing at what happened to Barton, well because that ref did fuck all he kept going like this and the Wigan player is incredibly lucky to not to be out the game for good. But they will keep saying these players are honest and committed etc. and it'll keep happening. -
Just read a couple of things on NO, anyone see either? If that's true they are a pair of complete cunts. And another saying that despite the broken leg he still sat up and waved to the fans! If he did, the guy has some guts, most people would crying with the pain i'd imagine.

He can score more than enough goals to be worth a place in the championship though as Luke said, goals apart he didn't set it alight, but in the prem in games when he misses his chance/chances then overall you've often played with 10 men and we can't afford that. Until his injury i'm sure we'd all have played Ben Arfa there ahead of Nolan, if you're not going for two strikers or we'd have played a striker off Carroll, certainly at home against the teams we've been losing to. Away from home Hughton hasn't been bad at all, good effort at Wolves, great display at Everton and but for a cheating cunt of a ref we might have had a draw or even a win today, so his tactics there aren't so bad, but at home we can't afford Nolan where he is.
-
Exactly, this bullshit about intent and not being malicious and the biggest lie in football:"i never go out to intentionally injure a fellow pro" All bollocks, because as thick as footballers are, they all know fine well exactly what the risks are of any kind of tackle and they all know fine well the ones that even if you don't wish a player injury can risk it, so you make the decision to put that players career at risk. We all want it to be combative and have people getting stuck in, but you can do that without the leg breaking tackles, the two footed lunges and people jumping in the air and onto players legs. There's too many player knocking about again who's main goal is to take out skillfull players and either refs or the FA have to grow a pair and cut it out.

Sadly football is out on its own in terms of being played by pricks and talked about by clueless fucking twats. Best sport in the world no doubt and always will be my favourite, but so many things wrong with the people in it.

Would need a whole weeks silence and candlelight vigill for that! But sadly as you say it won't happen.

I was waiting to see which moronic cunt would be first to come out with this, and Kidd gets the award, hopefully he'll get hit by a car sometime soon and have his own leg smashed and see if he thinks the driver "isn't that sort of lad" Just knew, fucking knew someone would come with that tiresome cliche. Mentioned it just after the tackle. I'm with Wenger, he should get a three match ban retrospectively. Not enough is being done to punish what is basically GBH. Exactly, needs to be sorted retrospectively if refs are two gutless or shit to do the job. And if its a complete horror tackle then the player can be banned till his victim makes his return to football, they'd think twice about snapping a players leg if they themselves would be out for months. Also in similar vein, they can get rid of the stupid fucking rule when a ref completely fucks up a decision and gives a yellow and they aren't allowed to review it. Utterly moronic, it means Felaini against us and Gerrard vs the mackems get away with elbows because two cheating refs gave yellows, just overturn it to reds and dump the refs into league 2. Think they overturned Ben Thatcher's flying elbow to Pedro Mendes a few years ago (was given a yellow by the ref) to a ban for several matches. Should have been a watershed moment but wasn't. Yeah that's right, i remember that one, it was absolutely appalling, though no surprise as he specialised in stuff like that. So if they can do it once they can do it everytime, but that would require them to be capable of doing a worthwhile job and we all know that won't happen. Still eventually one day a player might end the career of a man or chelsea player and all hell will break lose, but until then the likes of us will just have to see our players get their careers put at risk. Tbf a few Arsenal players have been hacked into bits (prompting Wenger's tirade) and fuck all has happened. True i suppose, and even Chelski mightn't work, but maybe say Rooney at manu, with Fergie going on the warpath might be required! Obviously you can never take it out the game completely as there will always be some players and mangers out to deliberately injure people but if the bans and consequences were incredibly severe, you could massively reduce it.

They certainly know how to get the away points! As much as we need them to struggle as we could yet be dragged into the relegation battle, i can't bring myself to want them to lsoe really as they jut go out there to play, keep attacking and are the oppositte of the anti-football brigde that ruin the sport liek Stoke, Blackburn etc. And its hilarious to see the scousers suffering...minutes silence required i think, everyone!

I had forgotten about that, what a cunt. We're seemingly going backwards in football at the moment. I know i call Wenger a whineging bastard and that at times his team is soft as shit, but he's right that the game is getting to many shocking challeneges and tackles out to injure being allowed. The likes of the Henry's, De Jongs, Cattermoles etc. despite their differng levels of ability are there to crock people, they'll try and claim they go for the ball, but they know fine well the types of tackles that injure, and they do them. So i think Wenger has a point, it has crept back in and now the thugs and hatchet men are getting free reign again. They brought in the rule about tackles from behind to stop this shit, though it isn't always enforced anymore, but it shouldn't just apply to from behind anyway, this shit needs stamping out before a whole bucnh of players are crocked. The Wigan player was an inch away from being where Ben Arfa is or worse and it'll keep happening.

As much as i wanted out of the championship as soon as possible, i'd gotten quite used to refs who weren't a bunch of cheating, spineless, biassed little worms. The refs in the championship may have varied in standard for sure, but i came out of nearly every game thinking they called it as they saw it and that the clubs and players involved were irrelivent to the decision. Back to the prem and its back to cheating for the "big clubs" and shitting on everyone else and back as a fan to not being able to wach a game and think you were beaten fair and square which you can take, but instead some little worm has shafted you completely. Not being contrary, but I bet if you asked a Plymouth or Preston fan they'd claim the refs in the Championship were biased towards us and the other "big teams" They may well have claimed it, although to be fair when i glanced at other teams forums it was more about the fact tv were obsessed with us and we were on every week, which was pretty true! But the stats would say other wise, it wasn't as if we were getting pens every match or getting every 50:50 decision, and when we played West Brom we got less than fuck all! There were games i came out thinking we may have had the best of the ref and others where we didn't, but it felt pretty fair and any mistakes were just human error. The prem is nothing like that at all.

Exactly, it a fine, who gives a flying fuck, take it and call the cheating little piece of shit every name under the sun, in fact just call him a cheat plain and simple, don't really need more than that as it sums him up perfectly.
-
Welcome back to the prem, where refs are cheats and reside permanently up the arse of the so called big clubs. always have done and always will do, simple as that. Looks that way doesn't it, sickening. I get sick of people who deny it, its so blatant you can see it every week. Even some of the pundits have started to come round to it, a while back on SSN you had Phil Thompson admitting Liverpool and other big clubs get everything and that it isn't right and a few ex manu players who've become managers like Hughes and Bruce see it once they're on the other side. Its just cheating basically.

Todays has fucked us up good and proper, we never get what we deserve. Also not that it matters to us but Mancini is a fucking clown, Johnson is about his best player and he rarely starts him, prefering shit like Wright-Phillips, if only he'd kept him off for the rest of this game the fucker!
-
Its amazing the absolutely shocking level of commentary and punditry in football, everytime you think it can't get worse, it can! Cricket is excellent from top to bottom whether it was BBC, ch4 or sky, but the cockends that football have are an embarassment. Then again alot of footballers are thick as pigshit and complete bellends so its probably not a big shock they don't make good speakers in any way!
-
NO chance, both the bones in his legs have snapped. Easter at best. Keegan and Butt both think it was a fair tackle. Sorry, but that's just bollocks. It was massively cynical, I bet Mancini told De Jong to take BArfa out. This is Newcastle, there isn't a chance in hell that our player would get the 6-8 week type of injury, if its us it'll be complications, worst case scenario and out for fucking months. I really do get sick of supporting this club at times with the shit we get chucked at us. And i feel sorry for Ben Arfa himself, and injry like this, who's to say he'll come back quite the same player, and what a waste that would be with his talent and potential.
-
For fucks sake, you just knew with us this was due anytime soon, key player absolutely fucked after the transfer window so no chance to get anyone in even if Ashley would have agreed to it. I really hate football at times as this just continually happens to us. he was vital to our season and you just know he's out for most of the it now.
-
I wouldn't think so, and i wouldn't agree with it either. He needs time to develop and a full season in the prem showing he is up to it before England should come calling and of course mainly because he'll inevitably get injured playing for them and we'll suffer!
-
Yeah, he doesn't understand positioning at all and at one point he just ran out of play with the ball under no pressure! And i agree with you Hughton deserves the chance to learn from mistakes, realise who has to be dropped, but he has to get more out of us at home to poor opposition. So far its early days but it appears Hughton can pull out some cracking singings like Tiote and Ben Arfa, but that when he goes for a bargain we get Perch and Best!
