1. I think the mackems will go down. 2. If Souness stays for the whole season we could go down, especially if there are no more players in before the deadline 3. If we get rid of Souness we won't go down

Are you going to have your say on Sunday?
Papa Lazaru replied to Howaythetoon's topic in Newcastle Forum
Sadly not enough people will get involved in clear, direct and organised chants and it will end as usual with booing which tells nobody anything. It needs 50,000 to unite or at least half that) and chant Souness out non stop every home game till the cunt is removed from this club and prevented from his one man mission to turn us into complete shite. Shepherd is invariably going to dump Souness if he thinks all the fans hate him and want him out. Once he's gone if people then want to go after Shepherd hismelf they can. But i expect mainly booing and a few chants started but going nowhere against the manager/board. -
Having no manager and tellign the squad of players to get together in a pub and pick each weeks team and tactics would be better than Sounes and i am categorically not joking about that in any way whatsoever.
-
Doesn't everyone ? 18498 I blame the fans who last season didn't spend all 90 mins of home matches chanting Sounness out until Shepherd fired the cunt and we could have avoided what will happen this season. And sadly i have to include myself in it as i didn't chant for him to fuck of either even though i wanted it more than under any manager i've seen

Toon set to miss out on another top striker..
Papa Lazaru replied to Scottish Mag's topic in Newcastle Forum
I'm sure you're not far off, i can easilly see us losing the game at Blackburn and if Bellamy is fit he will want to beat the living shit out of Souness and unfortunately for us fans the only way for him to do that is destroy our team over 90 mins. And everything he did to your club many of us knew he would do here, though if we're honest i think he is aiming to eclipse how shite he was for you by some distance here, but it was all so sadly predictable. Still, lets give him time eh? -
This is a point i keep making when people make excuses for Souness and blame it all on Shepherd. Plenty of managers have small or weak squads lacking in players they want. But Moyes with a smaller and far worse squad than ours, with even less strikers managed to finish 4th. The reason being he has good manamgement skills, good coaching, organisation, tactics, morale and motivation and doesn't fall out with his players like a little child. Souness is a shit manager, Moyes isn't, one took a crap squad to 4th, one took a decent squad to 14th!

Not a surprise with all the stopping and starting due to rain!

I don`t doubt that for one minute.. 18377 I do. 18378 He'd outscore last season's Shola as even though Windass is hardly Ronaldo he'd get more than 2 or 3 goals in the prem. Whether he can outscore this seasons fully fit future world cup star for England i don't know! 18380 Stop being so negative 18383 I'm not being negative, i'm looking at the positive side of NUFC signing Dean Windass!!!!! -
Souness could sign the Brazilian national team and we'd still struggle with HIM at the helm - doesnt stop stop him being a knob. 18168 Correct! If Souness had the 1970's Brazil team i'd expect him to just miss out on the top 6...of the championship!

Whether people rate Bellamy and Robert or not, anyone who thinks we are better off now without them would be insane! Yes i can sort of understand why some people were happy to get rid of them if they were replaced, but what i (and i would expect a manager with a brain) would have done is keep them both AND buy two more attackers to provide competition and an actual squad to cover for injuries!
-
Can't believe the rain is messing things up for us again, we're obviously well on top of them but its awful having to bat going back and forwards from play and having your concentration and rhythm ruined. Far more advantage to the bowlers, plus all the time thats wasted.
-
Yes, but apparently some people won't blame Souness because he hasn't got all the players he wants signed Fact is most managers don't have what they want, many of them have small or crap squads but if they're good managers they do well with what they have. Bolton as you say were down to the bare bones, but they are well managed, coached and organised with an actual formation and gameplan and have a good team spirit as supposed to the fictionally good team spirit we have made up for us by Souness.
-
As i've said many times, the man is like a child with formations, its a sif he sees something on tv and tries it but has no actual knowledge or brains to use it correctly. We haven't been such a clueless, directionless abject and embarassing mess since Bobby used 3-5-2 and made us look like pricks. But there was one difference, Bobby's team ocassionally despite being a mess could create a chance or two!
-
They're probably the same as "Proper" players, it basically means no flair or creativity but work hard and tackle and haven't (yet) had their manager fall out with them!
-
Since the day he was appointed it was all predicted in accurate detail and it has all happened. It was said he'd fall out with players, particularly flair players. Said he'd get rid and replace with worse or nothing. Said he'd produce dull, crap football making us the equivalent of what Blackburn were under him when we took him on. Said he'd basically turn us to shite through a combination of childish wannabe hardman antics and piss poor management skills, and its all happened.
-
Thats it basically. For some fans its disappointment but for some reason surprise as well what's happened this season so far, for the rest of us its same disappointment but knew it was coming.
-
It does however look good to the supporters, exactly what the purpose of this is. Can you imagine what the press would say about the supporters if they go out tonight and sing "Sack the board" on the day we have *made a record bid* for Michael Owen. The timing of it is perfect for a board under some much pressure and abuse from its supporters. 17410 Caption competition... 17610 Capition: "Souness is a cunt and he will ruin your club!" Not much to do with the photo but i think that suits any photo you'd care to choose!
-
Quoted for truth. Seeing him as Newcastle manager is like finding your mum in bed with Jeremy Beadle. 17601 Jeremy Beadle AND Rick Waller!
-
The team was visibly rotting before our eyes. Dont kid yourself that we were good. We bloody well WERE NOT. How the hell we got to 5th is a mystery. We didnt deserve it, thats for damn sure. It was only the other teams below were just as bad and less lucky. 17588 That argument is nonsense, the whole point of a league is that it goes for a whole season and you end up where you deserve after your efforts that year unlike cups where a run of a few game can win it. You even say it yourself! The teams below us were bad, we were better and deserved to finish where we did. Saying they were less lucky than us is laughable with the ammount of shit we get dealt. League means you finish where you deserve, thats the point. The only possible exception are when you have a season of being shafted by refs whilst your rivals for the title get every decision going, but we don't want to think of thats eason again its too depressing!
-
Correct. He has combined Dogleash's mind numbingly depressing football and lack of creativity and goals, with Gullit's childish falling out with players and making the club a mess.
-
We are now utter shite, as some predicted, as Souness has done a wonderful job getting rid of our best forward and a few others. Never mind, I'm sure the dressing room will be a harmonious place after the game.. 17582 To be fair he has united the entire club...every single fecker there must be suicidal at the moment, so they're all together in that!
-
Our only hope is that the remaining people finally accept Souness is a cock and ruining our club and then we can all chant, protest or whatever to get the fucker out. But while some people still incredibly support him we are split. And if we did get him out then we could go after Shepherd who'd think he was safe having got rid of Souness "For the fans" and would get a nasty shock!
-
Might as well bump this thread as surely it has to be soon that the fuckwitt is dumped out on his arse before he completely ruins us.
-
I think you could probably get a psychologis to write a note saying you were suffering temporary insanity and get your uni changed. As long as the people you need to convince have actually seen us play you'll be fine!
