1. The whole part with Patrick Stewart revealing his film plot was class. Another funny episode and shame the series is ending. Wonder if series two will have them making his sitcom with the star guests playing parts in it, or if by series 2 it'll all have gone wrong and he'll be back as an extra.
2. Going really well after the early loss of Pietersen, hopefully these two can take us over 400 and see where we go from there.
3. Mourinho has stated hismelf that he was asked to join us as Bobby's number two but that he himself turned it down because he knew Bobby would never quit nd hand over thr reigns to him when the time came, because he loves football management too much. And Jose was right, but it had nothign to do with Shepherd. 18883 Aye but it sounds better if Shepherd said no, the bastard Nah, I stand corrected. Let you off FS. He's still 8-1 down though. 18886 We might as well stick to blaming for what he does actually do wrong!

5. So if NUFC beat manu the thing about it that would make you happy is other fans eating humble pie, not the fact we've beaten manu And one win wouldn't make anybody eat humble pie, that would take Souness getting us into the top 6 and into the uefa cup at least, other than that and anybody who has criticised him to any degree would be eating nothign at all! 18829 You're not much fun are you mate? 18839 I used to be in the days pre-Souness, since then i've had all humour and enjoyment of life taken away from me!
6. How about Emre for £3.8m, Souness must take some credit for that!?!? 18831 I've never had a problem with the signings of Emre and Parker, both quality players and well worth having. But they were never our first priority, that was always strikers/attackers and a wide left player, which Emre actually isn't, he's best in the middle.

8. I haven't been massively on the boards back, though i do have problems with Shepherd, but if he were to sign these two you can't say he isn't backing the manager with money! As for Souness, it changes nothing. If you give a manager £27m pounds to spend on two players anyone in the world could sign two good players, there is no skill or achievement there. So he will still be the clueless idiot he was before. However if somehow there was a massive upturn in results, football standard and style and goals scored then yes, i'd get off his back. But buying two players doesn't make Souness any better, buying two players, using them and the other players well and in some semblance of tactics and formation would make him better. I seriously doubt we'll get both anyway, NUFC just don't have much luck and i doubt it both will happen.
9. Who's the hot lass in the last picture???
10. I watch a lot of Spanish football and this guy is class. Very fast, can deliver a great cross, strong on the ball, good finisher and is excellent in the air. 18804 But is he a "proper" player who works hard and tackles back at all times??? Its no good him scoring and creating goals if he isn't defending and tackling non stop under this manager!
11. If its true that he's here its obviously a great sign as it wouldn't be likely he'd come here unless he's given up all hope and decided it will have to be us after all!!! However i'm sure most of us instinctively think it won't be true!
12. It is indeed, one of the catchphrases of Bender and alltime great character from animated or indeed any comedy!
13. Papa, a few weeks back, they were touting him for 3m. Can't remember the team but Robson even commented on it. He has Ellington, Horsefield has just signed a new 2 year deal, kanu, Campbell and someone else who I can't name. If we offered 2m for him tomorrow, we could get him. But he ain't a big enough name and the fans would probably go mental. 18771 If he's really available for £2m i'd defintiely buy him. I'm not one for gambling big fees on players with one season in the prem, but if he's cheap he is fast and looks to have a decent eye for goal, we need that.
14. Ah well i`ll just need to go into the Blue Oyster bar then. Afterall i`m sure i`ll fit right in when i grow this moustache for charity... 18764 No matter how shite the Police Academy films may have become (and boy did they!) the words "The Blue Oyster bar" still make me laugh!
15. HTT as you say he has scored goals in the prem last season and is an international, there's no way West Brom would sell him for £2-3m. Palace weren't happy when Johnson was being valued at £7-8m and half his goals were penalities!!! In this country you never get british strikers on the cheap.
16. Look i've told you several times, no matter how much you keep offering me i don't like you in that way!
17. Even if this bloke signs we need another 2 strikers never mind not needing Owen!!! And thats not to mention a LB, a RB and a RM/RW.
18. I'm not going to complain at the chance of signing anyone who can score and create goals, it has to be good news. But unless the man is also going to kick Souness out the club on his arrival he can only do so much!
19. Alos people should never underestimate quite how much Souness has strangled the life and soul out of everybody who loves the toon to the point at which no matter how shite it gets a sort of apathy takes over and people don't get furious where they should and he gets away with it because really we all just feel like lying down and pretending none of this has really happened.
20. I always have a knife ready to slash my wrists whenever i watch NUFC under Souness becasue eventually i will feel the overwhelming need to do it!
21. Exactly, with the best chairman in the world he will still be a talentless, clueless moron who falls out with players, creates teams devoid of creativity and flair and has no idea whatsoever about tactics and formations.
22. Too late, you Souness sympathiser you. 18701 Yeah i secretly love him and try to hide it under torrents of abuse. I may call him a talentless, braindead, childish, arrogant twat with the tactical and footballing knowledge of a dog turd and even worse man management skills, but really it just means i want him!
23. Bollocks i've clicked on Shepherd instead of Souness, completely cocking up the perentages so far!!! Just remember to take one off the Fat Fred tally and add one to the scottish prick's tally.
24. The problem is it cannot get worse than having this dick in charge and any option is a step up. I agree we could well struggle to get somebody in, but maybe Fat Fred might have the brains to go after a few people other than geordies and currently employed prem managers! We just can't afford to have him in charge any longer, people have to see that. As for Shearer, playign under Souness his last year is going to be remembered as a sad and depressing distaster, so it can't get any worse for Big Al either.
25. At an actual match once it kicks of its pretty much unlikely people want their team to lose, its goes against instinct. Where the debate comes in is if you know a defeat (or maybe 2-3) is going to get Souness out and save us from disitigration under the gormless fucker. When the mackems beat us under Gullit, nobody wanted us to lose, but christ i'm greatful for it long term as it got Gullit out in time and got Bobby in leading ultimately to us in the CL. Had Gullit fluked a win past the mackems that would have bought him time to continue with the mess he was making, which would mean maybe Bobby was no longer available or at the very least he'd have less time to turn us round. So in answer? I'd find it hard to ever want us to lose once i'm there, but if somebody gave me a cast iron Guarentee a 1 of defeat would dump Souness out on his arse i'd take it like a shot. However that situation isn't goign to happen.
