No chance of it then

Hope for the population, in that seeing him so much is clearly putting them off. He will be complaining about bias from the press for giving him too much air time, which is designed to wreck his campaign.

Not soon enough, unfortunately

No doubt if we win it will be down to Brucey being a tactical genius and Rafa would never have been able to achieve such a tremendous result (© Simon Jordan and Richard Keys)

It would have to be Stokes, and he has probably matured enough now to handle it. It may be better to have someone who understands the pressures on bowlers, albeit not the main bowlers (e.g. Anderson or Broad who would waste DRS), so that someone like Archer is not over-used, but given short sharp spells and told to run in and pitch it up as fast as possible.

Get ready for a Trump-style NHS, then

I am afraid that 1 is the issue, and always will be. He personally has always wanted out, but won't say it. Just ends up prevaricating. However nuanced his argument may be, I just don't think it resonates, and he doesn't seem that interested, unlike, as others have said, in 2017. That was his one and only chance, and he nearly made it. That may well have been because May was even greyer that him, but against the flamboyant buffoon, he just looks bland and dull.

Bit of a concern with the world in general that someone who is regarded as less trustworthy is regarded as considerably more Prime Ministerial

I understand the point you are making, but I wonder if it is too nuanced for most. Let's see.

May be wishful thinking, though

Indeed, but just a reflection of America - Trump-lite. Sounds as though MSM journalism needs a bit of Paxman again (or more Maitlis).

I'm more concerned that it is only 62%. What is wrong with some people? 22% actually oppose it, so 16% can't even make up their minds.
