He wants to go out in the New Year test in Sydney anyway, but the only way he will still be there for that test is if the selectors fold to player power (which they usually do). If he hadn't got a double hundred in last year's Boxing Day test he would already have been on the scrap heap. Having said that, it is funny to see him getting out to Broad.
