The Prayer by Bloc Party is good, the rest of the album on first listen all sounded a bit boring tbh. That Mika fella is quite good. Honestly had no idea what kind of music he was, just saw his single was number 1 in the charts so downloaded it. Catchy songs all the way through, will be a big hit as its very likeable, sounds a bit like Freddy Mercury which won't be a lot of people's cup of tea but I like it. Just Jack is alright, very samey on first listen. Starz In Thei Eyes is canny though.

I can have a perfectly good time without drink, but if i'm out somewhere and everyone else is drinking I have to drink. I can't bare it if i'm out sober and everyone else is drunk, i'm not a patient enough people and drunk people just wind me up and get on my nerves. Last night's result reminds me of when Arsenal beat Boro's kids 7-0 last season. They're a talented bunch, but not yet ready for the step up and that game showed them. Obviously Arsenal are totally different to Birmingham, but its the same point imo. Since then Taylor has become a regular, Davies occasionally plays, Cattermole is in and out, and many of the rest have gone on loan. I reckon they'll come good, or at least decent in the future.

I was in WHSmiths over Christmas and I was in utter disbelieve that so many 'celebs' had released books. Its beyond comprehension. I can understand different tastes, like my Mum wouldn't be interested in reading a football book. There are loads of are interested in the life of say, Bobby Robson, but are people actually seriously interested in the likes of Jade, to the extent they'll spend £15 to read about her? But Chantelle though especially! What's in that classy tome? I saw that in Waterstones and did a double take. Buddha on a unicycle! No doubt some rubbish about her 'tough childhood'. Why do all 'celebs' have tough childhoods? Actually its not a surprise, i'd be absolutely devestated if my child was like Chantell or Jade.
