Its what old people do, non-stop holidays. http://www.saga.co.uk/travel/general3/ I swear I read something the other day that Saga and Club 18-30 classed as age discrimination and they had to be open to all ages now.

Does anyone understand the Honorary Degree system? Are they just given to local celebrities for the sake of it, and who chooses what area? Like Bobby Robson got a Civil Law one, Steve McClaren got a Social Science one ffs. At my graduation next week we have the Archbishop of York picking one up and earlier in the week Sean Bean is getting one!

Guilty of purchasing a season ticket this morning.

Corn exchange area is ok. Some decent music bars. HiFi is an OK club although we got booted out of it last time. Nb: It is still shit compared to Newcastle, Manchester or Sheffield. Sheffield has plumetted now that Gatecrasher has burnt down now though.

I always find a week isn't long enough but 2 weeks is far too long. 10 days is ideal really but its pretty difficult to do it on a package deal.

Coach Carter was pretty good, i'll watch Die Hard later.

Aye Brian is hilarious.

1. I can't stop farting. 2. I'm going to the dentists soon to get 2 fillings. 3. I'm not looking forward to the numb mouth afterwards. 4. I've just spoken to the DVLA customer service. 5. They were fucking hopeless.

Didn't Robson try and sign him a few years ago?

:icon_lol: Chopra didn't get much of a chance but when he did play he was useless tbh, just ran around lots doing nothing. £5m is absolutely ridiculous money but I can see why Cardiff are quoting that, if Nugent is going for £6m they're well within their rights. The transfer market has gone mental.

I did History and Politics mate, on my statement I just wrote some bollocks about how I was extremely interested in further enquiry into both subjects or something. Also told them I had an ambition to work in government.

Its alright, just one of those things though everyone will get used to it and soon forget what the old one looked like.

Thats the thing with these new phones full of hi-tech stuff, the batteries never seem to develop in the same way. My N73 lasts 2 days then it has to go on charge. Admittedly I use it a fair bit but even so...

It does look excellent like and that camera is superb, but as with the rest of the N Series they're REALLY slow and are proned to crash.

I got the N73 last week, its so fucking slow.

Yeh I finally got a job in Rotherham, starts on Monday. Got it a couple of weeks ago but they had to wait for the bloke whose job i'm getting to finish his notice period which is annoying because i've spent an extra 2 weeks sitting around doing nothing/earning nothing. 9-5 Monday-Friday, 23 days off a year - how am I going to cope?! I'm quite looking forward to having something to do tbh, although i'm sure this time next week I won't be saying that. I start with a 4 day week though because I graduate next Friday, so its not a bad start.

I have 4 weekdays left of a student lifestyle forever.

I was in 502 aswell when I went to see Muse, would have been a quality view for the football. I could see the people vaguely, even the big screens looked tiny from up there! I was very surprised they didn't bother using the in-built big screens behind each of the goals tbh.

Same here, I always enjoy picking the team but I never bother to keep it up. I totally forget who i've picked within hours.

Watched Finding Neverland last night, was canny enough. Made my lass cry though which is always amusing.

Can't get any channels to work on Sky. Can go through the channel guide but it just keeps saying 'There is a technical problem with this channel, please try again later'. That happened on Friday, went away for the weekend and its still fucked. Any ideas? Obviously i'll phone Sky if its still bad but if anyone has any tips i'd appreciate it.
