I've been in my job now 3 months, i'm enjoying it and the people are really nice so its a good place to be. Its not career-orientated in the slightest but its getting me good experience and bringing some money in and will hopefully provide us with a good reference at some point.

I wrote in to complain in the middle of August, still not had a reply.

Another problem-free performance. Cacapa looked every inch the experienced, composed centre half when he came on too. Cacapa was the bees knees. Rozehnal was good, made 1 notable mistake where he dived in when I think Butt was already there.

I swear theres no actual policy in that box office, they all just make things up as they go along. I was told at the end of May that they'd sold out of season tickets and the waiting list was massive. A few weeks later I got a ticket without any questions. Jokers

How do you mean? My parents are on holiday and the ST has been sent to their house. I've phoned up the box office countless times and i'm told something different everytime. I'd been assured the delivery address was changed about a month ago but they just lied to me. This week they've told me that only my Dad (whose name its in) can pick up a re-issue, then someone else said that if I can prove i'm his son then I can pick it up, then today I was told its not possible to get it after Thursday. Wankers!

Don't believe a word that the ticket office say, absolute cunts. Apparantly I can't get a re-issue of my ticket after a Thursday!

Turns out that after I asked to change the delivery address a month and they said it was no problem at all, they lied out their arses and are now saying it can't be changed on the phone. Its now sitting in the Sorting Office where my parents live because they've gone on holiday. Absolute fucking joke!
