Very happy alex,the only reservations i have,are with Ferdinand and Healy,Healy`s cover for Chopra no doubt. Tianio`s the one player that people underestimate,very good DM.there was no way on Gods earth we could atract the top players,the ones we`ve signed will take us to the next level,mid table,decent enough concidering our recent history. Healy's more than decent cover imo. I've never rated Ferdinand though. The rest will do well for you I reckon. My sentiments excactly mate,we`ll see though,Im not getting carried away,it looks like a good mid table squad.

Steed played 38 games for the Spuds last season,and well you know it... and we might have signed a spitter,but he`s a fucking good spitter. Malbranque is a good player, one i'd have liked us to get if no other midfielders are forthcoming in this transfer window. I don't really 'get' the rest of them though. Tainio is an injury prone plodder who's no better than what you already had in the middle, Chimbonda is an average mercenary of epic proportions and Diouf is one of those players whos novelty of being "a tricky player" wears off when you realise he has very little end product to his game. Still, that's just my two penneth. Good job Kaboul turned you down our i'd have collapsed in a fit of laughter Tainio Looked very good on Sunday as did Chimbonda,well!! they all did as it happens,so im happy .. and as it`s my club that signed them,well thats cool,co`s we`re both content with this outcome...

success... the 60`s lads,thats the last time you tasted success,though we are no better,nothing since 73. A cup win now and then`s very nice,a little bonus,the left overs of club football. The league title,Champions of the English game,now thats success! and as far as I`m aware,the historical standings of both clubs,read as follows. Sunderland = 6 titles. Newcastle = 4 titles. No If`s no buts just facts,I rest my case...

I was under the impression it was the other way round, Silly me. No, we only won the Champions League 2 years on the trot. It's Gandalf (again). Would be a very nice gesture by the club IMO,home toon boy,great,great player and someone that could do with any help he can get,I for one love the lad.
