  1. Looked offside, but then they just drew the lines where they wanted them and it was given.
  2. I wouldn't give Man Utd the satisfaction of being able to offload Lindelof.
  3. What other centre backs with pace are available for less than £60m that are as good or are better than Guehi? (that's probably the question Mitchell has already asked the scouting team last week when the last offer went in)
  4. Fish have you posted Guehi's stats to back up he's worth/not worth the money? Be interested to see it.
  5. Is that CT then? He looks like a young Roger Tames
  6. Same but as a manager not a player. I was a new born when he was announced as a player, but that team of the 90s was special. I know the ad honours SBR, but really KKs team was more exciting than Bobs.
  7. How much is Branthwaite being touted for? He seems to be a highly regarded young defender so I'm surprised we havent considered going for him.
  8. You can imagine some of the England boys delivering their verdicts to managers as well on Toney. Watching him in that Steven Bartlett interview pretty much outlines his attitude. Everyone elses fault but his on his ban. I wonder if we've enquired on Chiesa or Sterling. I wonder if Chelsea would let him leave on loan to reduce their wage bill? Absolutely insane the number of senior players who can't feature on a match day.
  9. Peak 23-24 Man Utd. Looked shite. Fulham were toothless.
  10. Whenever I watch Man Utd I end up supporting the opposite side. Tonight, I'm Mohammed Al Fayed.
  11. Clearly no one is otherwise I'm sure we would have heard about it. No one has any clue how these negotiations are going or how much Palace have actually said they want and how they want it but it's not a good look for the new team responsible for making signings.
  12. Actually reading that back, I didn't note the £60m figure. He's a proven prem league winger capable of scoring goals but wouldn't be worth that
  13. I disagree Guehi was a £30m player before the Euros. He's been considered to be a talent for at least 2 seasons, he's got pace and he's a solid tackler. He showed in the Euros that he can play under huge pressure and to be fair to him, he was probably the most consistent player in the side throughout. I agree with the opinion of others on here that we should get less concerned about money. It's a problem which football has created where fans debate on the value of players more than their worth on the team. I think taking the fee out of it, Guehi definitely improves our back line and if that's the difference between one or two league places then that's how we should be looking at it. Small margins when you're pushing for those higher spots.
  14. I deleted it months ago as I was sick of seeing people divided over everything. It's an absolute cess-pit of opinion and the turds float right to the top.
  15. Signing of the season: Osula (only one with a shout of playing regularly) Top goalscorer: Isak Most assists: Gordon Biggest surprise: Hall Best Young player: Hall Player of the season: Willock PL finish: 4-6 Trophies: Sela Cup.
  16. Ritchie would have put them on the road to success...
  17. Lovely finish from Osula even if marginally offside.
  18. I think if you check ABTA, if your holiday is significantly altered then they can't deny you a full refund.
  19. A mate of mine says Ratcliffe is authorising a loan for him to join West Ham so West Ham can have the funds to buy Wan Bissaka.
  20. This happened to us in Tenerife last year, except it was was 4 days out from the start of the holiday in October half term. We were all Inc and the pool and bars were closed so they were offering us to use the facilities in a sister hotel 800m away. Jet2 said they couldn't do anything so I cancelled it, looked online and found a place with TUI last minute in Cape Verde. Probably turned out to be a better hol than the one we had initially booked.
