I think if you look at the start we had, and then compare it with the way we have played the last 6-7 games i think we could say we've improved. The biggest issue is with size of squad and lack of strength in depth. Im confident that we are doing enough to stay out of trouble and get back up the league. Once again, it only takes a couple of results and we'll be up to 7th. We just need to get over this wretched injury crisis (which happens every year).

Like whats already been said, Becks would raise our worldwide profile meaning shirt sales in the far east. Still an excellent player but i doubt he would come in our current plight and we do need other areas strengthening first

I bet if you asked Leeds fans where they'd want to be they'd not say Championship. Going down leads to financial ruin and with it uncertainty. Theres no guarantee that we would come straight back up especially as we'd have to lose the majority of an already thin squad. The grass is never greener.

I think Shepherds gotta go if/when Roeder resigns/is sacked. This was the last gamble really after he messed up badly with Souness.
